LAYOUT:
The property is situated on a 7,777 m2 plot and has a constructed area of 300 square meters distributed over two floors.
The property is accessed via a splendid private driveway leading to a large, covered, and illuminated parking area with four spacious parking spaces.
From the parking area, we proceed to the main floor, which comprises a large living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen and a spectacular hanging fireplace, a guest toilet, and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and views of the forest. A comfortable interior staircase leads to the lower floor, which contains three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and beautiful forest views.
From the large living-dining room with its expansive windows, we access the splendid outdoor area, dominated by a large swimming pool featuring two sun loungers and three stools over the water, perfect for enjoying the sun or a refreshing dip. Next to the pool, there is a spacious sunbathing area with parasols, a chill-out zone with two comfortable sofas, and a covered pergola with a large outdoor table and refrigerator for al fresco dining.
LOCATION: Despite being surrounded by nature and offering absolute privacy and tranquility, Casa Caray is located just 2.5 km (6 minutes by car) from the coves of Advocat and Baladrar, both with charming restaurants, 2 km from the ALDI supermarket, and 6 km from the beautiful coastal town of Moraira. The villa's strategic location allows you to fully enjoy the peace and quiet while also being able to easily reach the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets.
PETS AND DEPOSIT:
- Pets are allowed as long as they are not babies or poorly trained, and are not allowed in the pool or on the beds. Please note that the property is not fully fenced, so pets could escape. Almarina Villas is not responsible for the potential loss of guests' pets.
- This villa requires a €1,000 deposit for the entire booking.

Policies
Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation occurs between 15 and 365 days prior to arrival 100 % of the total booking amount is refundable. If cancellation occurs between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount is refundable.
If cancellation occurs between 6 and 0 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total booking amount is refundable.
These rules are applicable under all personal or general situation unless a legal regulation implies that the guest cannot occupy the villa or enter the country by any transport mean to arrive to the villa, in that case, we would give the 100% of the money back to the guest.
Payment Methods
Bank transferPayment by bank transfer is recommended for payments over 1.000 €. Please make the transfer during office hours (9am to 7pm) and send us the proof of payment as soon as you make the transfer so that we can confirm the booking and the dates are reserved for you. Our team will confirm receipt of your booking by email. Payments will be made to the following bank account: ES35-2100-7350-6402-0006-3709 indicating in the description the name of the villa and booking number.
StripeCard payment is recommended for payments up to €1,000. Payment by debit or credit card is made with the STRIPE application which has all the security measures for a secure transaction.
Rules
The following rules of use of the villa are mandatory and therefore the guest assumes that failure to comply with them will result in the termination of the stay without the right to a refund of the amount paid:
PARTIES PROHIBITION: Parties or celebrations in the villa are strictly prohibited.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS: The maximum number of guests specified for the villa may not be exceeded at any time.
NOISE AND MUSIC: In accordance with established municipal regulations, no music or other noise disturbing to neighbours is permitted, especially from 11pm to 9am.
COMMERCIAL USE OF THE VILLA: It is strictly forbidden to use the villa for commercial purposes of any kind unless authorised in writing by the management of Almarina Villas and payment of an extra fee for such authorisation.
RECORDING REPORTS FOR SOCIAL NETWORKS: It is strictly forbidden to publish on any social networks if the villa is shown in detail in the same unless authorised in writing by the management of Almarina Villas.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
ANIMALS: Pets are NOT allowed unless expressly indicated in the description of the villa on the ALMARINA website and the corresponding extra fee has been paid.
FURNITURE: Furniture cannot be moved from a room to other to fit each guest needs.
SWIMMING POOL: The use of the swimming pool must be done without sun cream, as it can seriously damage the chemical balance of the water and therefore damage your skin, hair or even affect the colours of your swimming costumes. For your safety we ask you to keep an eye on children who do not know how to swim, not to dive in head first or make potentially dangerous jumps and not to run on the edges of the pool as a slip can cause a fall that can ruin your stay.
TOWELS: We always review the towels after every visit. If there are any extreme damages done to the products that mean they can no longer be used, you will be charged 20€ for the large towels and 12€ for the small towels. Damages include: make-up/fake tan stains, other discolourations or material wear and tear.
