Brisa de Mar (Benissa) is a beautiful and spacious villa with a pool in an incredible location, just 200 meters (a 3-minute walk) from the sandy La Fustera beach and a 1-minute walk from several charming restaurants and a supermarket. The villa features a cozy decor blending Mediterranean style with elegant English elements. Your pet is welcome in this villa (€55 extra cleaning fee).

LAYOUT:

The villa has 2 floors connected by an internal staircase. The total surface area is 230 m2.

On the ground floor, which has been completely renovated, there is a large 80 m2 living and dining room with large windows and access to a large terrace overlooking the pool. The living room leads to a spacious and modern kitchen with all the necessary appliances and kitchen elements for a perfect stay. On this same floor, there is a large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and ample closet space.

On the upper floor, renovated in 2022, there are 4 spacious and well-decorated bedrooms, 2 of them with en-suite bathrooms and a terrace. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom located in the hallway.

The exterior of the 850 m2 home features a large parking area for up to 3 cars, a wonderful pool with 6 sun loungers, a beautiful pergola, and a barbecue area with a dining table and sofas.

LOCATION:

- Due to its perfect location, a car is not necessary.

- The distance to "La Fustera" beach is only 220 meters, which is accessed via a private, pedestrian-only access. In addition, from La Fustera beach, there is an ecological path with beautiful sea views that takes you to the coves of Pinets and Bassetes with a pleasant walk of about 400 meters.

- Several restaurants, beach clubs, and a good supermarket. All within 250 meters of the villa.

- An ecological path is 250 meters away, ideal for pleasant walks by the sea.

- A bus stop is just 100 meters away, taking you to the charming town of Moraira, the wide beaches and services of Calpe, or to the bus station for connections to Alicante and Valencia airports.

- For diving and sailing enthusiasts, the Bassetes Yacht Club is just a 10-minute walk away, ideal for all kinds of nautical activities for groups.

Policies

Payment Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation occurs between 15 and 365 days prior to arrival 100 % of the total booking amount is refundable. If cancellation occurs between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount is refundable.
If cancellation occurs between 6 and 0 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total booking amount is refundable.

These rules are applicable under all personal or general situation unless a legal regulation implies that the guest cannot occupy the villa or enter the country by any transport mean to arrive to the villa, in that case, we would give the 100% of the money back to the guest.

Payment Methods

Bank transferPayment by bank transfer is recommended for payments over 1.000 €. Please make the transfer during office hours (9am to 7pm) and send us the proof of payment as soon as you make the transfer so that we can confirm the booking and the dates are reserved for you. Our team will confirm receipt of your booking by email. Payments will be made to the following bank account: ES35-2100-7350-6402-0006-3709 indicating in the description the name of the villa and booking number.

StripeCard payment is recommended for payments up to €1,000. Payment by debit or credit card is made with the STRIPE application which has all the security measures for a secure transaction.

Rules

The following rules of use of the villa are mandatory and therefore the guest assumes that failure to comply with them will result in the termination of the stay without the right to a refund of the amount paid:
PARTIES PROHIBITION: Parties or celebrations in the villa are strictly prohibited.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS: The maximum number of guests specified for the villa may not be exceeded at any time.
NOISE AND MUSIC: In accordance with established municipal regulations, no music or other noise disturbing to neighbours is permitted, especially from 11pm to 9am.
COMMERCIAL USE OF THE VILLA: It is strictly forbidden to use the villa for commercial purposes of any kind unless authorised in writing by the management of Almarina Villas and payment of an extra fee for such authorisation.
RECORDING REPORTS FOR SOCIAL NETWORKS: It is strictly forbidden to publish on any social networks if the villa is shown in detail in the same unless authorised in writing by the management of Almarina Villas.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
ANIMALS: Pets are NOT allowed unless expressly indicated in the description of the villa on the ALMARINA website and the corresponding extra fee has been paid.
FURNITURE: Furniture cannot be moved from a room to other to fit each guest needs.
SWIMMING POOL: The use of the swimming pool must be done without sun cream, as it can seriously damage the chemical balance of the water and therefore damage your skin, hair or even affect the colours of your swimming costumes. For your safety we ask you to keep an eye on children who do not know how to swim, not to dive in head first or make potentially dangerous jumps and not to run on the edges of the pool as a slip can cause a fall that can ruin your stay.
TOWELS: We always review the towels after every visit. If there are any extreme damages done to the products that mean they can no longer be used, you will be charged 20€ for the large towels and 12€ for the small towels. Damages include: make-up/fake tan stains, other discolourations or material wear and tear.
