STRUCTURE :
Vous entrez dans la villa par un grand portail en bois avec un grand charme entouré d'arbres tels que Jacarandas et Falsas Pimientas, qui mène à l'aire de stationnement avec une capacité pour 2 voitures (une à l'intérieur du garage et l'autre à l'extérieur du garage).
En montant les escaliers, vous arriverez à un charmant porche avec des canapés, idéal pour des conversations animées pendant votre séjour. Le porche se trouve en face de la piscine et de ses 6 chaises longues avec 4 parasols. L'extérieur dispose également d'un agréable coin salon avec des coussins et d'un joli coin barbecue au charbon de bois, ainsi que d'une salle de bains extérieure avec douche.
L'intérieur se compose de deux étages. Au rez-de-chaussée, il y a un salon-salle à manger, une cuisine séparée et une table de petit-déjeuner, ainsi que deux chambres à coucher partageant une salle de bains. La première chambre dispose d'un lit de 180 cm et la seconde de deux lits de 90 cm. L'étage supérieur comprend une chambre avec un lit de 150 cm, une salle de bains attenante et une belle terrasse avec un canapé et une table à manger. Cette terrasse est également accessible par l'escalier extérieur.
EMPLACEMENT :
La villa est située dans un quartier prestigieux de villas de luxe ou de charme et à seulement 400 mètres de la magnifique crique Punta Estrella, idéale pour une baignade rafraîchissante ou la plongée avec masque et tuba.
Si vous êtes intéressé par la gastronomie, vous adorerez l'emplacement de la villa, car il y a plusieurs restaurants agréables à moins de 15 minutes de marche de la villa.
La villa se trouve à seulement 800 mètres du supermarché Pepe La Sal et des boutiques associées.
Si vous êtes intéressé par les vêtements et la mode, nous vous recommandons de visiter la vieille ville de Moraira, Altea ou Javea, où vous trouverez de nombreuses boutiques méditerranéennes authentiques où vous pourrez acheter des vêtements d'été, des bijoux et des cadeaux pour vos proches.

Conditions de paiement
Un paiement partiel au montant de 50% du grand total est dû à la réservation. Balance de paiement est dû pas plus tard que 14 jours avant l'arrivée.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation occurs between 15 and 365 days prior to arrival 100 % of the total booking amount is refundable. If cancellation occurs between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount is refundable.
If cancellation occurs between 6 and 0 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total booking amount is refundable.
These rules are applicable under all personal or general situation unless a legal regulation implies that the guest cannot occupy the villa or enter the country by any transport mean to arrive to the villa, in that case, we would give the 100% of the money back to the guest.

Virement bancairePayment by bank transfer is recommended for payments over 1.000 €. Please make the transfer during office hours (9am to 7pm) and send us the proof of payment as soon as you make the transfer so that we can confirm the booking and the dates are reserved for you. Our team will confirm receipt of your booking by email. Payments will be made to the following bank account: ES35-2100-7350-6402-0006-3709 indicating in the description the name of the villa and booking number.
StripeCard payment is recommended for payments up to €1,000. Payment by debit or credit card is made with the STRIPE application which has all the security measures for a secure transaction.
Conditions
The following rules of use of the villa are mandatory and therefore the guest assumes that failure to comply with them will result in the termination of the stay without the right to a refund of the amount paid:
PARTIES PROHIBITION: Parties or celebrations in the villa are strictly prohibited.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS: The maximum number of guests specified for the villa may not be exceeded at any time.
NOISE AND MUSIC: In accordance with established municipal regulations, no music or other noise disturbing to neighbours is permitted, especially from 1pm to 9am.
COMMERCIAL USE OF THE VILLA: It is strictly forbidden to use the villa for commercial purposes of any kind unless authorised in writing by the management of Almarina Villas and payment of an extra fee for such authorisation.
RECORDING REPORTS FOR SOCIAL NETWORKS: It is strictly forbidden to publish on Instagram and similar networks if the villa is shown in detail in the same unless authorised in writing by the management of Almarina Villas.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
ANIMALS: Pets are NOT allowed unless expressly indicated in the description of the villa on the ALMARINA website and the corresponding extra fee has been paid.
CROCKERY: The guest must leave all crockery and cutlery clean before departure.
FURNITURE: Furniture cannot be moved from a room to other to fit each guest needs.
SWIMMING POOL: The use of the swimming pool must be done without sun cream, as it can seriously damage the chemical balance of the water and therefore damage your skin, hair or even affect the colours of your swimming costumes. For your safety we ask you to keep an eye on children who do not know how to swim, not to dive in head first or make potentially dangerous jumps and not to run on the edges of the pool as a slip can cause a fall that can ruin your stay.
TOWELS: We always review the towels after every visit. If there are any extreme damages done to the products that mean they can no longer be used, you will be charged 20€ for the large towels and 12€ for the small towels. Damages include: make-up/fake tan stains, other discolourations or material wear and tear.
