STRUCTUUR:
U betreedt de villa via een grote houten poort met veel charme, omgeven door bomen zoals jacaranda's en pimientas falsa's. Deze poort leidt naar de parkeerplaats met ruimte voor 2 auto's (één in de garage en één buiten de garage).
Via de trap bereikt u een charmante veranda met banken, ideaal voor levendige gesprekken tijdens uw verblijf. De veranda bevindt zich voor het zwembad met 6 ligbedden en 4 parasols. Buiten vindt u een aangename zithoek met kussens en een mooie houtskoolbarbecue, met daarnaast een buitenbadkamer met douche.
Het interieur bestaat uit 2 verdiepingen. Op de begane grond bevinden zich een woon-/eetkamer, een aparte keuken met ontbijttafel en twee slaapkamers die een badkamer delen. De eerste slaapkamer heeft een bed van 180 cm breed en de tweede slaapkamer heeft 2 bedden van 90 cm breed. Op de bovenverdieping bevindt zich een slaapkamer met een bed van 150 cm breed, een eigen badkamer en een prachtig terras met een bank en een eettafel. Dit terras is ook bereikbaar via de buitentrap.
LOCATIE:
De villa is gelegen in een prestigieuze wijk met luxe en charmante villa's, op slechts 400 meter van de prachtige baai Punta Estrella, ideaal voor een verfrissende duik of snorkelen.
Als u geïnteresseerd bent in gastronomie, zult u de locatie van de villa zeker waarderen. Er zijn namelijk diverse goede restaurants op minder dan 15 minuten lopen van de villa.
De villa ligt op slechts 800 meter van de supermarkt Pepe La Sal en de bijbehorende winkels.
Als u geïnteresseerd bent in kleding en mode, raden we u een bezoek aan de oude binnenstad van Moraira, Altea of Jávea aan. Daar vindt u vele authentieke mediterrane winkels waar u zomerkleding, sieraden en cadeaus voor uw dierbaren kunt kopen.

Payment Policies
Een gedeeltelijke betaling in het aantal van 50% van het totaal is uit bij boeking. Overgebleven betaling is uit niet later dan 14 dagen voor aankomst.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation occurs between 15 and 365 days prior to arrival 100 % of the total booking amount is refundable. If cancellation occurs between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount is refundable.
If cancellation occurs between 6 and 0 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total booking amount is refundable.
These rules are applicable under all personal or general situation unless a legal regulation implies that the guest cannot occupy the villa or enter the country by any transport mean to arrive to the villa, in that case, we would give the 100% of the money back to the guest.
Payment Methods
BankoverschrijvingPayment by bank transfer is recommended for payments over 1.000 €. Please make the transfer during office hours (9am to 7pm) and send us the proof of payment as soon as you make the transfer so that we can confirm the booking and the dates are reserved for you. Our team will confirm receipt of your booking by email. Payments will be made to the following bank account: ES35-2100-7350-6402-0006-3709 indicating in the description the name of the villa and booking number.
StripeCard payment is recommended for payments up to €1,000. Payment by debit or credit card is made with the STRIPE application which has all the security measures for a secure transaction.
Rules
The following rules of use of the villa are mandatory and therefore the guest assumes that failure to comply with them will result in the termination of the stay without the right to a refund of the amount paid:
PARTIES PROHIBITION: Parties or celebrations in the villa are strictly prohibited.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS: The maximum number of guests specified for the villa may not be exceeded at any time.
NOISE AND MUSIC: In accordance with established municipal regulations, no music or other noise disturbing to neighbours is permitted, especially from 1pm to 9am.
COMMERCIAL USE OF THE VILLA: It is strictly forbidden to use the villa for commercial purposes of any kind unless authorised in writing by the management of Almarina Villas and payment of an extra fee for such authorisation.
RECORDING REPORTS FOR SOCIAL NETWORKS: It is strictly forbidden to publish on Instagram and similar networks if the villa is shown in detail in the same unless authorised in writing by the management of Almarina Villas.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
ANIMALS: Pets are NOT allowed unless expressly indicated in the description of the villa on the ALMARINA website and the corresponding extra fee has been paid.
CROCKERY: The guest must leave all crockery and cutlery clean before departure.
FURNITURE: Furniture cannot be moved from a room to other to fit each guest needs.
SWIMMING POOL: The use of the swimming pool must be done without sun cream, as it can seriously damage the chemical balance of the water and therefore damage your skin, hair or even affect the colours of your swimming costumes. For your safety we ask you to keep an eye on children who do not know how to swim, not to dive in head first or make potentially dangerous jumps and not to run on the edges of the pool as a slip can cause a fall that can ruin your stay.
TOWELS: We always review the towels after every visit. If there are any extreme damages done to the products that mean they can no longer be used, you will be charged 20€ for the large towels and 12€ for the small towels. Damages include: make-up/fake tan stains, other discolourations or material wear and tear.
