AUFBAU:
Sie betreten die Villa durch ein großes, charmantes Holztor, umgeben von Jacaranda- und Pimienta-Bäumen. Das Tor führt zum Parkplatz mit Platz für zwei Autos (eins in der Garage, das andere außerhalb).
Über die Treppe gelangen Sie auf eine charmante Veranda mit Sofas, die sich ideal für angeregte Gespräche während Ihres Aufenthalts eignen. Die Veranda befindet sich vor dem Swimmingpool mit sechs Sonnenliegen und vier Sonnenschirmen. Der Außenbereich bietet außerdem eine gemütliche Sitzecke mit Kissen und einen schönen Holzkohlegrill sowie ein Außenbad mit Dusche.
Der Innenbereich erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein Wohn-Esszimmer, eine separate Küche mit Frühstückstisch sowie zwei Schlafzimmer mit einem gemeinsamen Badezimmer. Das erste Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein 180 cm breites Bett, das zweite über zwei 90 cm breite Betten. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit einem 150 cm breiten Bett, einem eigenen Badezimmer und einer schönen Terrasse mit Sofaecke und Esstisch. Diese Terrasse ist auch über die Außentreppe zugänglich.
LAGE:
Die Villa befindet sich in einer prestigeträchtigen Gegend mit luxuriösen und charmanten Villen und ist nur 400 Meter von der wunderschönen Bucht Punta Estrella entfernt, die sich ideal für ein erfrischendes Bad oder Schnorcheln eignet.
Wenn Sie sich für Gastronomie interessieren, werden Sie die Lage der Villa lieben, denn mehrere nette Restaurants erreichen Sie innerhalb von 15 Gehminuten.
Die Villa liegt nur 800 Meter vom Supermarkt Pepe La Sal und den dazugehörigen Geschäften entfernt.

Eine Teilzahlung in einer Menge von 50% der Gesamtsumme ist fällig bei Buchung. Restzahlung ist fällig nicht später als 14 Tage vor Anreise.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation occurs between 15 and 365 days prior to arrival 100 % of the total booking amount is refundable. If cancellation occurs between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount is refundable.
If cancellation occurs between 6 and 0 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total booking amount is refundable.
These rules are applicable under all personal or general situation unless a legal regulation implies that the guest cannot occupy the villa or enter the country by any transport mean to arrive to the villa, in that case, we would give the 100% of the money back to the guest.

ÜberweisungPayment by bank transfer is recommended for payments over 1.000 €. Please make the transfer during office hours (9am to 7pm) and send us the proof of payment as soon as you make the transfer so that we can confirm the booking and the dates are reserved for you. Our team will confirm receipt of your booking by email. Payments will be made to the following bank account: ES35-2100-7350-6402-0006-3709 indicating in the description the name of the villa and booking number.
StripeCard payment is recommended for payments up to €1,000. Payment by debit or credit card is made with the STRIPE application which has all the security measures for a secure transaction.
Regeln
The following rules of use of the villa are mandatory and therefore the guest assumes that failure to comply with them will result in the termination of the stay without the right to a refund of the amount paid:
PARTIES PROHIBITION: Parties or celebrations in the villa are strictly prohibited.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS: The maximum number of guests specified for the villa may not be exceeded at any time.
NOISE AND MUSIC: In accordance with established municipal regulations, no music or other noise disturbing to neighbours is permitted, especially from 1pm to 9am.
COMMERCIAL USE OF THE VILLA: It is strictly forbidden to use the villa for commercial purposes of any kind unless authorised in writing by the management of Almarina Villas and payment of an extra fee for such authorisation.
RECORDING REPORTS FOR SOCIAL NETWORKS: It is strictly forbidden to publish on Instagram and similar networks if the villa is shown in detail in the same unless authorised in writing by the management of Almarina Villas.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
ANIMALS: Pets are NOT allowed unless expressly indicated in the description of the villa on the ALMARINA website and the corresponding extra fee has been paid.
CROCKERY: The guest must leave all crockery and cutlery clean before departure.
FURNITURE: Furniture cannot be moved from a room to other to fit each guest needs.
SWIMMING POOL: The use of the swimming pool must be done without sun cream, as it can seriously damage the chemical balance of the water and therefore damage your skin, hair or even affect the colours of your swimming costumes. For your safety we ask you to keep an eye on children who do not know how to swim, not to dive in head first or make potentially dangerous jumps and not to run on the edges of the pool as a slip can cause a fall that can ruin your stay.
TOWELS: We always review the towels after every visit. If there are any extreme damages done to the products that mean they can no longer be used, you will be charged 20€ for the large towels and 12€ for the small towels. Damages include: make-up/fake tan stains, other discolourations or material wear and tear.
