La villa est moderne et en excellent état d'entretien, elle est très complète, spacieuse et pratique pour profiter des vacances.
Au rez-de-chaussée se trouve un spacieux salon-salle à manger avec de grandes fenêtres pour donner un accès facile à la terrasse et à la piscine. Le séjour dispose d'une grande cuisine ouverte avec tous les appareils et ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires pour un séjour parfait. Par un couloir, nous accédons à une chambre spacieuse avec lit double, placards intégrés et une salle de bain complète avec douche.
Par quelques escaliers intérieurs, nous accédons à l'étage supérieur où nous trouvons 2 charmantes chambres avec salles de bains privatives et de spacieuses terrasses avec vue dégagée sur les montagnes et les urbanisations environnantes.
L'ensemble de la propriété dispose de la climatisation avec possibilité de climatisation chaude ou froide et d'Internet.
L'extérieur de la propriété dispose d'une grande piscine privée à débordement avec entrée par des marches confortables.
À côté de la piscine se trouve une grande terrasse couverte avec table à manger extérieure, un excellent espace barbecue, une cuisine extérieure, un espace détente avec des canapés extérieurs et un solarium avec des chaises longues.
Le jardin entièrement clôturé dispose d'un grand espace jardin avec gazon naturel et palmiers. Le jardin est idéal pour les jeux des enfants. A l'entrée du jardin, il y a un grand parking non couvert pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 3 véhicules.

Conditions de paiement
Un paiement partiel au montant de 50% du grand total est dû à la réservation. Balance de paiement est dû pas plus tard que 14 jours avant l'arrivée.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation occurs between 15 and 365 days prior to arrival 100 % of the total booking amount is refundable. If cancellation occurs between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount is refundable.
If cancellation occurs between 6 and 0 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total booking amount is refundable.
These rules are applicable under all personal or general situation unless a legal regulation implies that the guest cannot occupy the villa or enter the country by any transport mean to arrive to the villa, in that case, we would give the 100% of the money back to the guest.
Moyens de paiement
Virement bancaire Payment by bank transfer is recommended for payments over 1.000 €. Please make the transfer during office hours (9am to 7pm) and send us the proof of payment as soon as you make the transfer so that we can confirm the booking and the dates are reserved for you. Our team will confirm receipt of your booking by email. Payments will be made to the following bank account: ES35-2100-7350-6402-0006-3709 indicating in the description the name of the villa and booking number.
Carte de crédit/débit Card payment is recommended for payments up to €1,000. Payment by debit or credit card is made with the STRIPE application which has all the security measures for a secure transaction.
Conditions
The following rules of use of the villa are mandatory and therefore the guest assumes that failure to comply with them will result in the termination of the stay without the right to a refund of the amount paid:
PARTIES PROHIBITION: Parties or celebrations in the villa are strictly prohibited.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS: The maximum number of guests specified for the villa may not be exceeded at any time.
NOISE AND MUSIC: In accordance with established municipal regulations, no music or other noise disturbing to neighbours is permitted, especially from 11pm to 9am.
COMMERCIAL USE OF THE VILLA: It is strictly forbidden to use the villa for commercial purposes of any kind unless authorised in writing by the management of Almarina Villas and payment of an extra fee for such authorisation.
RECORDING REPORTS FOR SOCIAL NETWORKS: It is strictly forbidden to publish on any social networks if the villa is shown in detail in the same unless authorised in writing by the management of Almarina Villas.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
ANIMALS: Pets are NOT allowed unless expressly indicated in the description of the villa on the ALMARINA website and the corresponding extra fee has been paid.
FURNITURE: Furniture cannot be moved from a room to other to fit each guest needs.
SWIMMING POOL: The use of the swimming pool must be done without sun cream, as it can seriously damage the chemical balance of the water and therefore damage your skin, hair or even affect the colours of your swimming costumes. For your safety we ask you to keep an eye on children who do not know how to swim, not to dive in head first or make potentially dangerous jumps and not to run on the edges of the pool as a slip can cause a fall that can ruin your stay.
TOWELS: We always review the towels after every visit. If there are any extreme damages done to the products that mean they can no longer be used, you will be charged 20€ for the large towels and 12€ for the small towels. Damages include: make-up/fake tan stains, other discolourations or material wear and tear.
