- Close to a golf club: the villa is just a 4-minute drive from Moraira Golf Club.

Layout:
The villa is situated on a large, sunny plot of 1,371 m² with a constructed area of 350 m² spread over two floors plus a basement.
At the entrance to the plot, there is ample parking space on the ground floor. A few stairs or the elevator take you to the first floor with the living area and the second floor with the four bedrooms with sea views.
The sea-facing living area features a very spacious living room with a large exclusive sofa, a dining room with a wooden table, ideal for winter use, and a luxurious, well-equipped open kitchen with an island and a comfortable seating area for six.
From both the kitchen and the living room, there are large sliding windows leading outside to a very large pool (12 meters), which can be optionally heated (€60 per day) and lit, surrounded by six sun loungers to fully enjoy the sun as you leave the pool.
On the same terrace, there is a large outdoor table with 10 chairs, a covered area with low sofas, ideal for a relaxed conversation or reading a book. It also has a complete barbecue area, as well as a chill-out area perfect for a drink in the evening.
Back inside on the main floor, there is an entrance hall with a cloakroom and a guest toilet.
The elegant staircase, and alternatively an elevator, lead us to the upper floor, where a hallway connects the four spacious bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and incredible sea views. The master bedroom is very luxurious and elegant. It has an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower, a freestanding bathtub, a splendid built-in wardrobe area, and a very large terrace with incredible sea views. The second bedroom also has sea views and an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower. The other two bedrooms also have sea views and share a bathroom with a shower.
Downstairs, we have an additional bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower. This fifth bedroom has no windows or direct natural light, so it's not as attractive as the other four bedrooms.
On the same level, we have ample parking space for two cars. Outside the garage, but still within the plot, the villa has space for an additional parking space.
This villa requires a €1,000 security deposit.
Location:
The villa is located on the coast of Benissa, about a 4-minute drive (1.9 km) from the nearest beach, Baladrar. We highly recommend the Mediterranean restaurant Olalá, next to Baladrar Beach.
The nearest town centre is Moraira (5 km or 9 minutes by car), with its vibrant lifestyle, Mediterranean clothing shops, numerous restaurants and an elegant town.

Policies
Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 25% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of €1,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 5 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation occurs between 15 and 365 days prior to arrival 100 % of the total booking amount is refundable. If cancellation occurs between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount is refundable.
If cancellation occurs between 6 and 0 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total booking amount is refundable.
These rules are applicable under all personal or general situation unless a legal regulation implies that the guest cannot occupy the villa or enter the country by any transport mean to arrive to the villa, in that case, we would give the 100% of the money back to the guest.
Payment Methods
Bank transferPayment by bank transfer is recommended for payments over 1.000 €. Please make the transfer during office hours (9am to 7pm) and send us the proof of payment as soon as you make the transfer so that we can confirm the booking and the dates are reserved for you. Our team will confirm receipt of your booking by email. Payments will be made to the following bank account: ES35-2100-7350-6402-0006-3709 indicating in the description the name of the villa and booking number.
StripeCard payment is recommended for payments up to €1,000. Payment by debit or credit card is made with the STRIPE application which has all the security measures for a secure transaction.
Rules
The following rules of use of the villa are mandatory and therefore the guest assumes that failure to comply with them will result in the termination of the stay without the right to a refund of the amount paid:
PARTIES PROHIBITION: Parties or celebrations in the villa are strictly prohibited.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS: The maximum number of guests specified for the villa may not be exceeded at any time.3. NOISE AND MUSIC: In accordance with established municipal regulations, no music or other noise disturbing to neighbours is permitted, especially from 1pm to 9am.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
ANIMALS: Pets are NOT allowed unless expressly indicated in the description of the villa on the ALMARINA website and the corresponding extra fee has been paid.
CROCKERY: The guest must leave all crockery and cutlery clean before departure.
FURNITURE: Furniture cannot be moved from a room to other to fit each guest needs.
SWIMMING POOL: The use of the swimming pool must be done without sun cream, as it can seriously damage the chemical balance of the water and therefore damage your skin, hair or even affect the colours of your swimming costumes. For your safety we ask you to keep an eye on children who do not know how to swim, not to dive in head first or make potentially dangerous jumps and not to run on the edges of the pool as a slip can cause a fall that can ruin your stay.
TOWELS: We always review the towels after every visit. If there are any extreme damages done to the products that mean they can no longer be used, you will be charged 20€ for the large towels and 12€ for the small towels. Damages include: make-up/fake tan stains, other discolourations or material wear and tear.
