The villa is divided into two separate floors; the upper floor is the main floor. Access to the lower floor is via an external staircase.
Each floor features a living-dining room, kitchen, and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, making it ideal for two groups or families who wish to share the accommodation but also enjoy some privacy at certain times.
The upper floor has, to the left, a spacious living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen. The living room has direct access to the terrace, with incredible views of the pine forest, the sea, and the Peñón de Ifach in the distance. From the entrance, to the right, a wide hallway leads to the two beautifully decorated bedrooms, a bathroom, and an office perfect for working if needed.
The ground floor is accessed via an external staircase. The ground floor offers lovely views of the pine forest. It features a spacious living room with a basic open-plan kitchen, a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a bedroom specifically decorated for children, and a full bathroom.
The villa plot measures 1080 m² and boasts a beautiful, well-maintained garden. The swimming pool measures 8 x 4 meters and features a spacious terrace with 4 sun loungers and a covered pergola with a large table, ideal for lunch or dinner.
The villa includes a covered parking space within the property and ample street parking if you arrive with two cars.
At the rear of the villa, there is a games area with ping-pong and foosball tables.
The villa is located just 2 km from the stunning La Fustera beach, a very good supermarket, and several pleasant restaurants (Mandala, Farini, Fustera Beach Club, etc.).

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation occurs between 15 and 365 days prior to arrival 100 % of the total booking amount is refundable. If cancellation occurs between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount is refundable.
If cancellation occurs between 6 and 0 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total booking amount is refundable.
These rules are applicable under all personal or general situation unless a legal regulation implies that the guest cannot occupy the villa or enter the country by any transport mean to arrive to the villa, in that case, we would give the 100% of the money back to the guest.
