Heated swimming pool; available on request at an extra cost of €60 per day, only available for stays of more than 7 days, and for bookings made at least 3 days in advance. Available from 15 April to 15 October. The heating system for the outdoor pools raises the natural water temperature by +/- 5°C, so the final temperature will depend on the ambient temperature and the weather conditions.

The conceptual design of Villa Lujo, by Almarina Villas:
The exterior conceptual design allows our guests to enjoy moments of tranquillity in the elegant gardens, take a relaxing sunbath by the exclusive Asian-style heated pool, exercise on the golf putting green, petanque courts or in the gym, and enjoy conversation and laughter with family or friends on the large terrace with outdoor kitchen.
The interior of the villa stands out for its careful blend of contemporary Mediterranean and Asian decorative styles, where you will be transported to a truly unique experience of serene luxury and elegance, ideal for disconnecting from everyday stress or reconnecting with yourself, your family and friends.
The living area of the villa is located on the ground floor, which features a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen that connects through large sliding doors to the large terrace with a heated Asian-style swimming pool, a lunch area with an outdoor kitchen and a large sunbathing area with sun loungers.
The villa's living area is connected to the sleeping area via an internal staircase, where our guests can relax in their luxurious, sun-filled bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have terraces with sea views.
On the lower level, there is a sauna, a gym and an audiovisual games area.
The layout of the floor plan makes a clear distinction between the day and night areas, allowing you to hire our daily cleaning service for a truly relaxing and exclusive hotel-style experience with the privacy and exclusivity of a luxury villa.
Later, after relaxing by the pool or working out, you can decide each day whether you want to use our exclusive concierge service to book a unique local restaurant, have a barbecue at the villa, or even experience our exclusive chef cooking an authentic Valencian paella.
Other exclusive services such as massages, yoga sessions, babysitting, private transport and a comprehensive activity planning service are also available to make your stay at Villa Lujo memorable.
A deposit of €1,500 is required for this villa.
LOCATION:
The villa is located just 2.5 km from the idyllic beaches of Benissa and 5 km from the large sandy beaches of Calpe. If you are interested in gastronomy, you will love the location of the villa, as there is a wide variety of pleasant Mediterranean and international restaurants within 5 km and 4 different Michelin-starred restaurants within 20 km to offer you an exclusive dining experience.
The villa is only 3 km from large supermarkets for your shopping needs.
If you are interested in clothing and fashion, we recommend a visit to the old town of Moraira, Altea or Jávea, where you will find many authentic Mediterranean shops where you can buy summer clothes, jewellery and gifts.

Policies
Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation occurs between 15 and 365 days prior to arrival 100 % of the total booking amount is refundable. If cancellation occurs between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount is refundable.
If cancellation occurs between 6 and 0 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total booking amount is refundable.
These rules are applicable under all personal or general situation unless a legal regulation implies that the guest cannot occupy the villa or enter the country by any transport mean to arrive to the villa, in that case, we would give the 100% of the money back to the guest.
Payment Methods
Bank transferPayment by bank transfer is recommended for payments over 1.000 €. Please make the transfer during office hours (9am to 7pm) and send us the proof of payment as soon as you make the transfer so that we can confirm the booking and the dates are reserved for you. Our team will confirm receipt of your booking by email. Payments will be made to the following bank account: ES35-2100-7350-6402-0006-3709 indicating in the description the name of the villa and booking number.
StripeCard payment is recommended for payments up to €1,000. Payment by debit or credit card is made with the STRIPE application which has all the security measures for a secure transaction.
Rules
The following rules of use of the villa are mandatory and therefore the guest assumes that failure to comply with them will result in the termination of the stay without the right to a refund of the amount paid:
PARTIES PROHIBITION: Parties or celebrations in the villa are strictly prohibited.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS: The maximum number of guests specified for the villa may not be exceeded at any time.
NOISE AND MUSIC: In accordance with established municipal regulations, no music or other noise disturbing to neighbours is permitted, especially from 11pm to 9am.
COMMERCIAL USE OF THE VILLA: It is strictly forbidden to use the villa for commercial purposes of any kind unless authorised in writing by the management of Almarina Villas and payment of an extra fee for such authorisation.
RECORDING REPORTS FOR SOCIAL NETWORKS: It is strictly forbidden to publish on any social networks if the villa is shown in detail in the same unless authorised in writing by the management of Almarina Villas.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
ANIMALS: Pets are NOT allowed unless expressly indicated in the description of the villa on the ALMARINA website and the corresponding extra fee has been paid.
FURNITURE: Furniture cannot be moved from a room to other to fit each guest needs.
SWIMMING POOL: The use of the swimming pool must be done without sun cream, as it can seriously damage the chemical balance of the water and therefore damage your skin, hair or even affect the colours of your swimming costumes. For your safety we ask you to keep an eye on children who do not know how to swim, not to dive in head first or make potentially dangerous jumps and not to run on the edges of the pool as a slip can cause a fall that can ruin your stay.
TOWELS: We always review the towels after every visit. If there are any extreme damages done to the products that mean they can no longer be used, you will be charged 20€ for the large towels and 12€ for the small towels. Damages include: make-up/fake tan stains, other discolourations or material wear and tear.
