LAYOUT:
The villa has 2 floors connected internally with a total of 360 m².
On the upper floor, completely renovated and redecorated in 2021 , there is a large 60 m² living-dining room with large windows overlooking the sea and access to a large, special terrace with beautiful views.
The living room connects to a spacious kitchen equipped with all the appliances and utensils necessary for a perfect stay.
On this same floor there are 3 large bedrooms with spacious wardrobes and charming décor. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and beautiful sea views. The other two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a shower.
This floor has gas central heating and air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms and in the living room with television.
The ground floor, which was completely renovated in 2024, has another 3 bedrooms, two doubles and one with two bunk beds for the younger ones, each with its own full en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. One of the double bedrooms has sea views. This floor also has large wardrobes in each bedroom and a desk for working if necessary.
You will also enjoy another excellent lounge with a large sofa and a spacious, modern kitchen with direct access to the wonderful barbecue area and swimming pool.
The exterior of the property, with an area of 1,050 m², has a convenient parking area with space for 4 cars, a large garden with natural grass and football goals, a large swimming pool (9*5 metres) with 5 sun loungers, a beautiful pergola and barbecue area with dining table and sofas.
LOCATION:
Thanks to its excellent location, a car is not necessary if you do not wish to go on excursions in the area. La Fustera beach is only 220 metres away, with private and exclusive pedestrian access. In addition, from La Fustera beach, we recommend the ecological trail with its beautiful sea views, which allows you to reach the coves of Pinets and Bassetes in a pleasant walk of about 400 metres.
Several restaurants, beach clubs and a good supermarket. All less than 250 metres from the villa.
150 metres away there is an ecological trail ideal for pleasant walks by the sea.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation occurs between 15 and 365 days prior to arrival 100 % of the total booking amount is refundable. If cancellation occurs between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount is refundable.
If cancellation occurs between 6 and 0 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total booking amount is refundable.
These rules are applicable under all personal or general situation unless a legal regulation implies that the guest cannot occupy the villa or enter the country by any transport mean to arrive to the villa, in that case, we would give the 100% of the money back to the guest.
Payment Methods
Bank transferPayment by bank transfer is recommended for payments over 1.000 €. Please make the transfer during office hours (9am to 7pm) and send us the proof of payment as soon as you make the transfer so that we can confirm the booking and the dates are reserved for you. Our team will confirm receipt of your booking by email. Payments will be made to the following bank account: ES35-2100-7350-6402-0006-3709 indicating in the description the name of the villa and booking number.
StripeCard payment is recommended for payments up to €1,000. Payment by debit or credit card is made with the STRIPE application which has all the security measures for a secure transaction.
Rules
The following rules of use of the villa are mandatory and therefore the guest assumes that failure to comply with them will result in the termination of the stay without the right to a refund of the amount paid:
PARTIES PROHIBITION: Parties or celebrations in the villa are strictly prohibited.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS: The maximum number of guests specified for the villa may not be exceeded at any time.
NOISE AND MUSIC: In accordance with established municipal regulations, no music or other noise disturbing to neighbours is permitted, especially from 11pm to 9am.
COMMERCIAL USE OF THE VILLA: It is strictly forbidden to use the villa for commercial purposes of any kind unless authorised in writing by the management of Almarina Villas and payment of an extra fee for such authorisation.
RECORDING REPORTS FOR SOCIAL NETWORKS: It is strictly forbidden to publish on any social networks if the villa is shown in detail in the same unless authorised in writing by the management of Almarina Villas.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
ANIMALS: Pets are NOT allowed unless expressly indicated in the description of the villa on the ALMARINA website and the corresponding extra fee has been paid.
FURNITURE: Furniture cannot be moved from a room to other to fit each guest needs.
SWIMMING POOL: The use of the swimming pool must be done without sun cream, as it can seriously damage the chemical balance of the water and therefore damage your skin, hair or even affect the colours of your swimming costumes. For your safety we ask you to keep an eye on children who do not know how to swim, not to dive in head first or make potentially dangerous jumps and not to run on the edges of the pool as a slip can cause a fall that can ruin your stay.
TOWELS: We always review the towels after every visit. If there are any extreme damages done to the products that mean they can no longer be used, you will be charged 20€ for the large towels and 12€ for the small towels. Damages include: make-up/fake tan stains, other discolourations or material wear and tear.
