The Sea Views (Moraira) is a unique and distinctive property, with a large terrace and incredible views of Moraira Bay. Its location, 300 meters from the sandy beach of El Portet and the best restaurants, makes this property a perfect place to enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle. Dogs and other pets are welcome (additional cost of 55 euros).

Outside the plot, there is a 100 m2 private parking area with room for up to 4 cars. The living room, with a sofa and armchair, opens onto a 15 m2 terrace with splendid sea views. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher.
The master bedroom has a 1.80 m double bed, a wardrobe, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and splendid sea views. The second bedroom has two single beds, a generous wardrobe, and splendid sea views. The third bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe, and views of the pool. The second and third bedrooms share a modern bathroom with a shower.
Up an exterior staircase, you'll find an additional apartment with a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a cozy private living room with sea views.
On the same floor, a beautiful wooden staircase leads to a huge 210-square-meter terrace with splendid views of El Portet Bay and the famous Peñón de Ifach.
This terrace features a dining area with a pergola for shade during meals, a sunbathing area with sun loungers, and a sofa area for snacks or drinks in the evening.

For our guests' additional information, although the property has 2,000 m2 of private garden, the building itself comprises the third and fourth floors of a building. Below this property is an apartment rented by another agency.

Policies

Payment Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation occurs between 15 and 365 days prior to arrival 100 % of the total booking amount is refundable. If cancellation occurs between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount is refundable.
If cancellation occurs between 6 and 0 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total booking amount is refundable.

These rules are applicable under all personal or general situation unless a legal regulation implies that the guest cannot occupy the villa or enter the country by any transport mean to arrive to the villa, in that case, we would give the 100% of the money back to the guest.

Payment Methods

Bank transferPayment by bank transfer is recommended for payments over 1.000 €. Please make the transfer during office hours (9am to 7pm) and send us the proof of payment as soon as you make the transfer so that we can confirm the booking and the dates are reserved for you. Our team will confirm receipt of your booking by email. Payments will be made to the following bank account: ES35-2100-7350-6402-0006-3709 indicating in the description the name of the villa and booking number.

StripeCard payment is recommended for payments up to €1,000. Payment by debit or credit card is made with the STRIPE application which has all the security measures for a secure transaction.

Rules

The following rules of use of the villa are mandatory and therefore the guest assumes that failure to comply with them will result in the termination of the stay without the right to a refund of the amount paid:
PARTIES PROHIBITION: Parties or celebrations in the villa are strictly prohibited.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS: The maximum number of guests specified for the villa may not be exceeded at any time.
NOISE AND MUSIC: In accordance with established municipal regulations, no music or other noise disturbing to neighbours is permitted, especially from 11pm to 9am.
COMMERCIAL USE OF THE VILLA: It is strictly forbidden to use the villa for commercial purposes of any kind unless authorised in writing by the management of Almarina Villas and payment of an extra fee for such authorisation.
RECORDING REPORTS FOR SOCIAL NETWORKS: It is strictly forbidden to publish on any social networks if the villa is shown in detail in the same unless authorised in writing by the management of Almarina Villas.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
ANIMALS: Pets are NOT allowed unless expressly indicated in the description of the villa on the ALMARINA website and the corresponding extra fee has been paid.
FURNITURE: Furniture cannot be moved from a room to other to fit each guest needs.
SWIMMING POOL: The use of the swimming pool must be done without sun cream, as it can seriously damage the chemical balance of the water and therefore damage your skin, hair or even affect the colours of your swimming costumes. For your safety we ask you to keep an eye on children who do not know how to swim, not to dive in head first or make potentially dangerous jumps and not to run on the edges of the pool as a slip can cause a fall that can ruin your stay.
TOWELS: We always review the towels after every visit. If there are any extreme damages done to the products that mean they can no longer be used, you will be charged 20€ for the large towels and 12€ for the small towels. Damages include: make-up/fake tan stains, other discolourations or material wear and tear.
