VILLA ESMERALDA IS A SPECTACULAR 4 BEDROOM VILLA WITH LARGE TERRACES, A BEAUTIFUL HEATED SWIMMING POOL AS WELL AS A CAREFULLY DESIGNED DECORATION THAT ELEGANTLY COMBINES MODERN AND MEDITERRANEAN STYLE.

HIGHLIGHTS:

- SEA VIEWS: Beautiful sea views from the terrace, the living and dining room and the 3 bedrooms upstairs.

- ELEGANT DECORATION: The exterior structure is modern in style with a façade with large windows where straight lines and the colour white predominate. The interior stands out for the great charm of its decoration project, which elegantly combines contemporary and Mediterranean styles.

-INTEGRATION OF THE ENTIRE DAY AREA: The living room, dining room, kitchen, barbecue, chillout, outdoor dining room and swimming pool are all open, creating a large day area that facilitates the comfort of movement and the enjoyment of the stay.

- HEATED POOL: The heated pool, at an extra cost of 60 € per day, can be enjoyed for 9 months of the year making it an ideal villa for the spring and autumn months.

- WALKING DISTANCE TO SERVICES: Such us supermarkets, restaurants and pubs.

- TOTAL AIR CONDITIONING: During the summer the whole house can be cooled by using the air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. In winter, it is available its heating system by gas boiler and radiators throughout the house that provides great comfort.

DISTRIBUTION:

The villa is situated on a large plot of 907 m2 with a constructed area of 244 m2 distributed in 2 floors.

In the entrance of the plot you have an ample parking space and a nice garden space with natural grass . Going up some stairs we reach the main floor where the day area and a room designed for people with mobility difficulties are located.
In the "day area" facing the sea there is a very spacious living room with two large leather sofas, a dining room with a wooden table ideal for the winter and a very well equipped open plan kitchen. From both the kitchen and the living room there are large sliding windows to go outside where we find a splendid L-shaped swimming pool which is heated and illuminated and 4 luxury sun loungers to enjoy the sun to the maximum when coming out of the pool. On the same terrace we find a large outdoor table with 8 chairs, a low sofa area ideal for a relaxed conversation or reading, a barbecue area with tap and fridge as well as a chillout area perfect to have a drink in the evening.
Back inside on the main floor, there is a guest toilet, a spacious bedroom overlooking the pool with an elegant en-suite bathroom.
The elegant stairs leads us to the upper floor where we have a hallway connecting the 3 spacious bedrooms with large wardrobes and beautiful sea views as well as 2 large bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The room at the end of the corridor has a large terrace with 2 sun loungers from where you can enjoy splendid sea views.

Payment Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation occurs between 15 and 365 days prior to arrival 100 % of the total booking amount is refundable. If cancellation occurs between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount is refundable.
If cancellation occurs between 6 and 0 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total booking amount is refundable.

These rules are applicable under all personal or general situation unless a legal regulation implies that the guest cannot occupy the villa or enter the country by any transport mean to arrive to the villa, in that case, we would give the 100% of the money back to the guest.

Payment Methods

Bank transferPayments by bank transfer must be made at least 3 days before the agreed deadline to ensure we receive it on time. Our team will confirm receipt of the transfer by email. Payments should be made to the following bank account: ES35-2100-7350-6402-0006-3709 indicating in the description the name of the villa and booking number.
StripePayment by credit or debit card is made using STRIPE. This app and company assure all the measures for a secure transaction.

Rules

The following villa rules are absolutely mandatory. Not complying with them imply the stay termination with no right to give the guest any amount back:
Parties and celebrations are strictly forbidden.Our villas are put in the market to receive respectful families or groups not to make parties or cellebrations.
It is strictly forbidden to exceed the total number of occupants stated in the villa name of this document unless agreed in writing with ALMARINA. If you are going to have a visit exceeding the maximum number of people, you have to communicate with us for authorization.
It is forbidden to have loud music or voices between 0.30 am and 9 am to respect the neibourghood.
it is strictly forbidden to make commercial videos of any type in the villa offering products or getting an income directly or indirectly as a result.
This a no-smoking property.
Pets are not allowed unless especifically stated in the name of the villa of this document.
Suncreams in the pool: We strongly recommend to avoid swimming in the pool without previously taking out the solar cream. Some guests have reported damages in their bathing clothing or in their hair. It is not due to the pool chemicals but to the use of solar creams. It happens just if one of your group do not respect this rule so please make sure all your group respect it. Additionally, the solar creams affect very negatively the quality of the water and if you use it we have to add more chemicals to balance the PH of the water what could irritate your eyes and as well leave a yellow band on the surface of the pool tilying.
Furniture of the house cannot be moved from one room to other to fit each guest need.
All trash and perishables must be disposed and all croquery washed before departure.
We always review the towels after every visit. If there are any extreme damages done to the products that mean they can no longer be used, you will be charged 20€ for the large towels and 12€ for the small towels. Damages include: make-up/fake tan stains, other discolourations or material wear and tear.
