Villa Esmeralda (Moraira) is a modern villa that offers design and luxury thanks to its spacious terraces with sea views, a beautiful heated pool (extra, see conditions), and thoughtful decor that elegantly combines modern and Mediterranean styles. Your pet is welcome. (€50 extra cleaning fee)

Highlights:
- Heated pool: upon request with an extra charge of €60/day, only available for stays of more than 7 days and for reservations made more than 3 days in advance. Available from March to November. The temperature will depend on the weather outside and the use of the roof, reaching an average of between 25 and 27 degrees Celsius.
- Beautiful design, integrating the entire living area: the living room, dining room, kitchen, barbecue, chill-out area, outdoor dining area, and pool are all open, creating a spacious living area that facilitates comfortable movement and an enjoyable stay.
- Sea views: Beautiful sea views from the terrace, the living-dining room, and the three bedrooms on the upper floor.
- Elegant decor: The exterior features a modern style, with a façade featuring large windows dominated by straight lines and white. The interior stands out for its charming design, which elegantly combines contemporary and Mediterranean styles.
- Walking distance to amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, and pubs.
- Full air conditioning: During the summer, the entire house can be cooled using the air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. In winter, the heating system, featuring a gas boiler and radiators, is available throughout the house, providing great comfort.

Layout:
Esmeralda is situated on a large 907 m2 plot with a constructed area of ​​244 m2 spread over two floors.
At the entrance to the plot, there is a large parking space and a beautiful garden area with natural grass. Going up a few stairs, we reach the main floor, where the living area and a room designed for guests with mobility difficulties are located.
In the "living area," which faces the sea, there is a very spacious living room with two large leather sofas, a dining room with a wooden table, ideal for winter use, and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen. From both the kitchen and the living room, there are large sliding windows leading outside to a splendid heated and illuminated L-shaped pool and four luxurious sun loungers to make the most of the sun as we leave the pool. On the same terrace, we find a large outdoor table with eight chairs, a low sofa area ideal for relaxed conversation or reading, a barbecue area with a tap and refrigerator, and a chill-out area perfect for evening drinks.
Back inside on the main floor, there is a guest toilet and a spacious bedroom overlooking the pool with an elegant en-suite bathroom.
The elegant staircase leads to the upper floor, where a hallway connects the three spacious bedrooms with large closets and beautiful sea views, as well as two large bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The room at the end of the hallway has a large terrace with two sun loungers from which you can enjoy splendid sea views.

Policies

Payment Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation occurs between 15 and 365 days prior to arrival 100 % of the total booking amount is refundable. If cancellation occurs between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount is refundable.
If cancellation occurs between 6 and 0 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total booking amount is refundable.

These rules are applicable under all personal or general situation unless a legal regulation implies that the guest cannot occupy the villa or enter the country by any transport mean to arrive to the villa, in that case, we would give the 100% of the money back to the guest.

Payment Methods

Bank transferPayment by bank transfer is recommended for payments over 1.000 €. Please make the transfer during office hours (9am to 7pm) and send us the proof of payment as soon as you make the transfer so that we can confirm the booking and the dates are reserved for you. Our team will confirm receipt of your booking by email. Payments will be made to the following bank account: ES35-2100-7350-6402-0006-3709 indicating in the description the name of the villa and booking number.

StripeCard payment is recommended for payments up to €1,000. Payment by debit or credit card is made with the STRIPE application which has all the security measures for a secure transaction.

Rules

The following rules of use of the villa are mandatory and therefore the guest assumes that failure to comply with them will result in the termination of the stay without the right to a refund of the amount paid:
PARTIES PROHIBITION: Parties or celebrations in the villa are strictly prohibited.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS: The maximum number of guests specified for the villa may not be exceeded at any time.3. NOISE AND MUSIC: In accordance with established municipal regulations, no music or other noise disturbing to neighbours is permitted, especially from 1pm to 9am.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
ANIMALS: Pets are NOT allowed unless expressly indicated in the description of the villa on the ALMARINA website and the corresponding extra fee has been paid.
CROCKERY: The guest must leave all crockery and cutlery clean before departure.
FURNITURE: Furniture cannot be moved from a room to other to fit each guest needs.
SWIMMING POOL: The use of the swimming pool must be done without sun cream, as it can seriously damage the chemical balance of the water and therefore damage your skin, hair or even affect the colours of your swimming costumes. For your safety we ask you to keep an eye on children who do not know how to swim, not to dive in head first or make potentially dangerous jumps and not to run on the edges of the pool as a slip can cause a fall that can ruin your stay.
TOWELS: We always review the towels after every visit. If there are any extreme damages done to the products that mean they can no longer be used, you will be charged 20€ for the large towels and 12€ for the small towels. Damages include: make-up/fake tan stains, other discolourations or material wear and tear.
