DISTRIBUTION:
La villa dispose de 2 étages reliés par un escalier intérieur pour un total de 230 m2.
Au rez-de-chaussée entièrement rénové, se trouve un grand salon-salle à manger de 80 m2 avec de grandes fenêtres et accès à une grande terrasse avec vue sur la piscine. Le salon mène à une grande cuisine moderne avec tous les appareils et éléments de cuisine nécessaires pour un séjour parfait. Au même étage se trouve une chambre spacieuse avec salle de bain attenante et une bonne armoire.
A l'étage supérieur, déjà rénové en 2022, se trouvent 4 chambres spacieuses et joliment décorées, dont 2 avec salle de bain en suite et terrasse. Les 2 autres chambres partagent une autre salle de bain.
L'extérieur de la propriété d'une superficie de 850 m2 dispose d'un grand parking pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 3 voitures, d'une magnifique piscine avec 6 transats et d'une belle pergola et d'un espace barbecue avec table à manger et canapés.
EMPLACEMENT:
- Grâce à son emplacement idéal, une voiture n'est pas nécessaire. .
- La distance jusqu'à la plage "La Fustera" est de seulement 220 mètres, à laquelle on accède de manière privée par un sentier à proximité. De plus, depuis la plage de "La Fustera", il y a un sentier écologique avec de belles vues sur la mer à travers lequel vous pouvez atteindre les criques de pinets et de bassetes avec une agréable promenade d'environ 400 mètres.
- Plusieurs restaurants, clubs de plage et un bon supermarché se trouvent tous à moins de 250 mètres de la villa.
- A 150 mètres d'un sentier écologique idéal pour d'agréables promenades en bord de mer.
- Arrêt de bus à seulement 100 mètres pour se rendre au charmant village de Moraira, ou aux larges plages de Calpe ou même pour se connecter à la gare pour les bus de l'aéroport vers les aéroports d'Alicante ou de Valence.
- Pour les amateurs de plongée et de voile, le yacht club de Bassetes est à seulement 10 minutes à pied, idéal pour toutes sortes d'activités nautiques pour les groupes.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation occurs between 15 and 365 days prior to arrival 100 % of the total booking amount is refundable. If cancellation occurs between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount is refundable.
If cancellation occurs between 6 and 0 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total booking amount is refundable.
These rules are applicable under all personal or general situation unless a legal regulation implies that the guest cannot occupy the villa or enter the country by any transport mean to arrive to the villa, in that case, we would give the 100% of the money back to the guest.
Payment Methods
Bank transferPayment by bank transfer is recommended for payments over 1.000 €. Please make the transfer during office hours (9am to 7pm) and send us the proof of payment as soon as you make the transfer so that we can confirm the booking and the dates are reserved for you. Our team will confirm receipt of your booking by email. Payments will be made to the following bank account: ES35-2100-7350-6402-0006-3709 indicating in the description the name of the villa and booking number.
StripeCard payment is recommended for payments up to €1,000. Payment by debit or credit card is made with the STRIPE application which has all the security measures for a secure transaction.
Rules
The following rules of use of the villa are mandatory and therefore the guest assumes that failure to comply with them will result in the termination of the stay without the right to a refund of the amount paid:
PARTIES PROHIBITION: Parties or celebrations in the villa are strictly prohibited.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS: The maximum number of guests specified for the villa may not be exceeded at any time.3. NOISE AND MUSIC: In accordance with established municipal regulations, no music or other noise disturbing to neighbours is permitted, especially from 1pm to 9am.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
ANIMALS: Pets are NOT allowed unless expressly indicated in the description of the villa on the ALMARINA website and the corresponding extra fee has been paid.
CROCKERY: The guest must leave all crockery and cutlery clean before departure.
FURNITURE: Furniture cannot be moved from a room to other to fit each guest needs.
SWIMMING POOL: The use of the swimming pool must be done without sun cream, as it can seriously damage the chemical balance of the water and therefore damage your skin, hair or even affect the colours of your swimming costumes. For your safety we ask you to keep an eye on children who do not know how to swim, not to dive in head first or make potentially dangerous jumps and not to run on the edges of the pool as a slip can cause a fall that can ruin your stay.
TOWELS: We always review the towels after every visit. If there are any extreme damages done to the products that mean they can no longer be used, you will be charged 20€ for the large towels and 12€ for the small towels. Damages include: make-up/fake tan stains, other discolourations or material wear and tear.
