Locatie:
Het ligt in een woonwijk genaamd Cumbres del Sol, dichtbij het strand El Moraig (2 km), supermarkt (Mercadona) en verschillende leuke restaurants. Het dichtstbijzijnde dorp is Moraira, een klein charmant dorpje, dat op 6 km afstand van de villa ligt.
Verdeling:
Deze charmante villa beschikt over een privéperceel (300 m2) en een constructie met 2 verdiepingen (90 m2) met 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, een keuken, een woonkamer en een groot terras met een barbecueplek.
De entree op de begane grond staat in verbinding met de keuken en de woonkamer met open haard. De woonkamer is via een kleine gang verbonden met de badkamer op de begane grond en 2 kamers (één met een tweepersoonsbed en de andere met 2 eenpersoonsbedden).
De woonkamer grenst aan een eetgedeelte in de openlucht en een groot terras met banken en een barbecueplek.
Vanaf het terras heeft u toegang tot de benedenverdieping met een ruime slaapkamer en een eigen badkamer. Direct voor de villa vindt u een mooi terras met 2 ligbedden waar u heerlijk van de zon kunt genieten en daarna een verfrissende duik kunt nemen in de jacuzzi.
Er is geen privéparkeergelegenheid bij het pand, tenzij er in de straat voldoende gratis parkeergelegenheid is, wat geen echt probleem is.
Op slechts 50 meter van de villa ligt een gemeenschappelijk zwembad. Dit zwembad wordt niet zo vaak door de andere villa-eigenaren gebruikt en is dus meestal alleen voor u.

Kortom, een zeer aantrekkelijke mediterrane villa, perfect ingericht met een fantastisch uitzicht op zee. Vanuit hier kunt u in minder dan 10 minuten geweldige restaurants, stranden en charmante dorpjes bereiken.

Payment Policies
Een gedeeltelijke betaling in het aantal van 50% van het totaal is uit bij boeking. Overgebleven betaling is uit niet later dan 14 dagen voor aankomst.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation occurs between 15 and 365 days prior to arrival 100 % of the total booking amount is refundable. If cancellation occurs between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount is refundable.
If cancellation occurs between 6 and 0 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total booking amount is refundable.
These rules are applicable under all personal or general situation unless a legal regulation implies that the guest cannot occupy the villa or enter the country by any transport mean to arrive to the villa, in that case, we would give the 100% of the money back to the guest.
Payment Methods
BankoverschrijvingPayment by bank transfer is recommended for payments over 1.000 €. Please make the transfer during office hours (9am to 7pm) and send us the proof of payment as soon as you make the transfer so that we can confirm the booking and the dates are reserved for you. Our team will confirm receipt of your booking by email. Payments will be made to the following bank account: ES35-2100-7350-6402-0006-3709 indicating in the description the name of the villa and booking number.
StripeCard payment is recommended for payments up to €1,000. Payment by debit or credit card is made with the STRIPE application which has all the security measures for a secure transaction.
Rules
The following rules of use of the villa are mandatory and therefore the guest assumes that failure to comply with them will result in the termination of the stay without the right to a refund of the amount paid:
PARTIES PROHIBITION: Parties or celebrations in the villa are strictly prohibited.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS: The maximum number of guests specified for the villa may not be exceeded at any time.3. NOISE AND MUSIC: In accordance with established municipal regulations, no music or other noise disturbing to neighbours is permitted, especially from 1pm to 9am.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
ANIMALS: Pets are NOT allowed unless expressly indicated in the description of the villa on the ALMARINA website and the corresponding extra fee has been paid.
CROCKERY: The guest must leave all crockery and cutlery clean before departure.
FURNITURE: Furniture cannot be moved from a room to other to fit each guest needs.
SWIMMING POOL: The use of the swimming pool must be done without sun cream, as it can seriously damage the chemical balance of the water and therefore damage your skin, hair or even affect the colours of your swimming costumes. For your safety we ask you to keep an eye on children who do not know how to swim, not to dive in head first or make potentially dangerous jumps and not to run on the edges of the pool as a slip can cause a fall that can ruin your stay.
TOWELS: We always review the towels after every visit. If there are any extreme damages done to the products that mean they can no longer be used, you will be charged 20€ for the large towels and 12€ for the small towels. Damages include: make-up/fake tan stains, other discolourations or material wear and tear.
