Emplacement:
Il se trouve dans un quartier résidentiel appelé Cumbres del Sol à proximité de la plage d'El Moraig (2 km), du supermarché (Mercadona) et de plusieurs bons restaurants. Le village le plus proche est Moraira, un petit village charmant, situé à 6 km de la villa.
Distribution:
Cette charmante villa dispose d'un terrain privé (300 m2) et d'une construction de 2 étages (90 m2) avec 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains, cuisine, un salon et une grande terrasse avec un espace barbecue.
L'entrée du rez-de-chaussée communique avec la cuisine et le salon avec cheminée. Le salon communique par un petit couloir avec la salle de bain du rez-de-chaussée et 2 chambres (une avec un lit double et une autre avec 2 lits simples).
Le salon communique avec une salle à manger extérieure et une grande terrasse avec canapés et un espace barbecue.
Depuis la terrasse, vous pouvez accéder au niveau inférieur avec une chambre spacieuse et une salle de bain attenante. Juste devant la villa vous disposez d'une jolie terrasse avec 2 transats pour profiter du soleil et vous rafraichir après sur le jacuzzi.
La propriété ne dispose pas de parking privé à moins que cela ne soit pas vraiment un problème car il y a beaucoup d'espace libre pour se garer dans la même rue.
A seulement 50 mètres de la villa se trouve une piscine commune qui n'est pas trop utilisée par les autres propriétaires de la villa, donc la plupart du temps, elle sera juste pour vous.

Un paiement partiel au montant de 50% du grand total est dû à la réservation. Balance de paiement est dû pas plus tard que 14 jours avant l'arrivée.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation occurs between 15 and 365 days prior to arrival 100 % of the total booking amount is refundable. If cancellation occurs between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount is refundable.
If cancellation occurs between 6 and 0 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total booking amount is refundable.
These rules are applicable under all personal or general situation unless a legal regulation implies that the guest cannot occupy the villa or enter the country by any transport mean to arrive to the villa, in that case, we would give the 100% of the money back to the guest.

Virement bancairePayment by bank transfer is recommended for payments over 1.000 €. Please make the transfer during office hours (9am to 7pm) and send us the proof of payment as soon as you make the transfer so that we can confirm the booking and the dates are reserved for you. Our team will confirm receipt of your booking by email. Payments will be made to the following bank account: ES35-2100-7350-6402-0006-3709 indicating in the description the name of the villa and booking number.
StripeCard payment is recommended for payments up to €1,000. Payment by debit or credit card is made with the STRIPE application which has all the security measures for a secure transaction.
Conditions
The following rules of use of the villa are mandatory and therefore the guest assumes that failure to comply with them will result in the termination of the stay without the right to a refund of the amount paid:
PARTIES PROHIBITION: Parties or celebrations in the villa are strictly prohibited.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS: The maximum number of guests specified for the villa may not be exceeded at any time.3. NOISE AND MUSIC: In accordance with established municipal regulations, no music or other noise disturbing to neighbours is permitted, especially from 1pm to 9am.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
ANIMALS: Pets are NOT allowed unless expressly indicated in the description of the villa on the ALMARINA website and the corresponding extra fee has been paid.
CROCKERY: The guest must leave all crockery and cutlery clean before departure.
FURNITURE: Furniture cannot be moved from a room to other to fit each guest needs.
SWIMMING POOL: The use of the swimming pool must be done without sun cream, as it can seriously damage the chemical balance of the water and therefore damage your skin, hair or even affect the colours of your swimming costumes. For your safety we ask you to keep an eye on children who do not know how to swim, not to dive in head first or make potentially dangerous jumps and not to run on the edges of the pool as a slip can cause a fall that can ruin your stay.
TOWELS: We always review the towels after every visit. If there are any extreme damages done to the products that mean they can no longer be used, you will be charged 20€ for the large towels and 12€ for the small towels. Damages include: make-up/fake tan stains, other discolourations or material wear and tear.
