Es liegt in einem Wohngebiet namens Cumbres del Sol in der Nähe des Strandes El Moraig (2 km), eines Supermarkts (Mercadona) und mehrerer netter Restaurants. Das nächstgelegene Dorf ist Moraira, ein kleines charmantes Dorf, das 6 km von der Villa entfernt ist.
Verteilung:
Diese charmante Villa verfügt über ein privates Grundstück (300 m2) und einen zweistöckigen Bau (90 m2) mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern, einer Küche, einem Wohnzimmer und einer großen Terrasse mit Grillplatz.
Der Eingang im Erdgeschoss ist mit der Küche und dem Wohnzimmer mit Kamin verbunden. Das Wohnzimmer ist durch einen kleinen Flur mit dem Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss und zwei Zimmern (eines hat ein Doppelbett und das andere Zimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten) verbunden.
Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem Essbereich im Freien und einer großen Terrasse mit Sofas und einem Grillbereich verbunden.
Von der Terrasse aus gelangt man in die untere Ebene mit einem geräumigen Schlafzimmer und einem eigenen Badezimmer. Direkt vor der Villa befindet sich eine schöne Terrasse mit 2 Liegestühlen, auf der Sie die Sonne genießen und sich anschließend im Whirlpool erfrischen können.
Das Anwesen verfügt über keinen privaten Parkplatz, es sei denn, dies ist kein wirkliches Problem, da in derselben Straße genügend freie Parkplätze vorhanden sind.
Nur 50 Meter von der Villa entfernt gibt es einen Gemeinschaftspool, der von den anderen Villenbesitzern nicht allzu oft genutzt wird, sodass er die meiste Zeit nur für Sie zur Verfügung steht.

Eine Teilzahlung in einer Menge von 50% der Gesamtsumme ist fällig bei Buchung. Restzahlung ist fällig nicht später als 14 Tage vor Anreise.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation occurs between 15 and 365 days prior to arrival 100 % of the total booking amount is refundable. If cancellation occurs between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount is refundable.
If cancellation occurs between 6 and 0 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total booking amount is refundable.
These rules are applicable under all personal or general situation unless a legal regulation implies that the guest cannot occupy the villa or enter the country by any transport mean to arrive to the villa, in that case, we would give the 100% of the money back to the guest.

ÜberweisungPayment by bank transfer is recommended for payments over 1.000 €. Please make the transfer during office hours (9am to 7pm) and send us the proof of payment as soon as you make the transfer so that we can confirm the booking and the dates are reserved for you. Our team will confirm receipt of your booking by email. Payments will be made to the following bank account: ES35-2100-7350-6402-0006-3709 indicating in the description the name of the villa and booking number.
StripeCard payment is recommended for payments up to €1,000. Payment by debit or credit card is made with the STRIPE application which has all the security measures for a secure transaction.
Regeln
The following rules of use of the villa are mandatory and therefore the guest assumes that failure to comply with them will result in the termination of the stay without the right to a refund of the amount paid:
PARTIES PROHIBITION: Parties or celebrations in the villa are strictly prohibited.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS: The maximum number of guests specified for the villa may not be exceeded at any time.3. NOISE AND MUSIC: In accordance with established municipal regulations, no music or other noise disturbing to neighbours is permitted, especially from 1pm to 9am.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
ANIMALS: Pets are NOT allowed unless expressly indicated in the description of the villa on the ALMARINA website and the corresponding extra fee has been paid.
CROCKERY: The guest must leave all crockery and cutlery clean before departure.
FURNITURE: Furniture cannot be moved from a room to other to fit each guest needs.
SWIMMING POOL: The use of the swimming pool must be done without sun cream, as it can seriously damage the chemical balance of the water and therefore damage your skin, hair or even affect the colours of your swimming costumes. For your safety we ask you to keep an eye on children who do not know how to swim, not to dive in head first or make potentially dangerous jumps and not to run on the edges of the pool as a slip can cause a fall that can ruin your stay.
TOWELS: We always review the towels after every visit. If there are any extreme damages done to the products that mean they can no longer be used, you will be charged 20€ for the large towels and 12€ for the small towels. Damages include: make-up/fake tan stains, other discolourations or material wear and tear.
