Agencement :
La villa est sur deux étages. Le rez-de-chaussée comprend un grand salon, une cuisine-salle à manger, une chambre avec un lit double, une salle de bains privative et une vue sur la mer, une chambre avec un lit simple, un canapé-lit et une salle de bains privative, et une autre chambre avec un lit simple, un canapé-lit et une salle de bains attenante. À l'étage, une terrasse offre une vue imprenable sur la mer et deux canapés d'extérieur, parfaits pour prendre un verre en soirée ou se détendre pendant que les autres profitent de la piscine ou d'une partie de football.
Au rez-de-chaussée inférieur, vous trouverez une chambre avec un lit double, une salle de bains privative et un accès direct à une grande terrasse avec canapés et vue sur la mer.
La villa est implantée sur un terrain de 880 m². À l'extérieur, vous découvrirez un magnifique jardin méditerranéen, une pelouse naturelle idéale pour jouer au football, une très grande piscine avec vue sur la mer, une cuisine d'été équipée d'un réfrigérateur et d'un lave-vaisselle, ainsi que deux grandes terrasses : l'une avec une pergola de style méditerranéen, une grande table pour 8 personnes, un barbecue et une vue sur la mer ; l'autre avec des canapés et une table basse, parfaite pour lire ou prendre un verre.

La villa bénéficie d’un emplacement stratégique dans un quartier où plusieurs restaurants chics sont accessibles à pied. La plage d’Arenal de Jávea, avec ses nombreux restaurants et boutiques, se trouve à seulement 3 kilomètres.

Conditions de paiement
Un paiement partiel au montant de 50% du grand total est dû à la réservation. Balance de paiement est dû pas plus tard que 14 jours avant l'arrivée.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation occurs between 15 and 365 days prior to arrival 100 % of the total booking amount is refundable. If cancellation occurs between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount is refundable.
If cancellation occurs between 6 and 0 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total booking amount is refundable.
These rules are applicable under all personal or general situation unless a legal regulation implies that the guest cannot occupy the villa or enter the country by any transport mean to arrive to the villa, in that case, we would give the 100% of the money back to the guest.
Moyens de paiement
Virement bancairePayment by bank transfer is recommended for payments over 1.000 €. Please make the transfer during office hours (9am to 7pm) and send us the proof of payment as soon as you make the transfer so that we can confirm the booking and the dates are reserved for you. Our team will confirm receipt of your booking by email. Payments will be made to the following bank account: ES35-2100-7350-6402-0006-3709 indicating in the description the name of the villa and booking number.
StripeCard payment is recommended for payments up to €1,000. Payment by debit or credit card is made with the STRIPE application which has all the security measures for a secure transaction.
Conditions
The following rules of use of the villa are mandatory and therefore the guest assumes that failure to comply with them will result in the termination of the stay without the right to a refund of the amount paid:
PARTIES PROHIBITION: Parties or celebrations in the villa are strictly prohibited.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS: The maximum number of guests specified for the villa may not be exceeded at any time.
NOISE AND MUSIC: In accordance with established municipal regulations, no music or other noise disturbing to neighbours is permitted, especially from 11pm to 9am.
COMMERCIAL USE OF THE VILLA: It is strictly forbidden to use the villa for commercial purposes of any kind unless authorised in writing by the management of Almarina Villas and payment of an extra fee for such authorisation.
RECORDING REPORTS FOR SOCIAL NETWORKS: It is strictly forbidden to publish on any social networks if the villa is shown in detail in the same unless authorised in writing by the management of Almarina Villas.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
ANIMALS: Pets are NOT allowed unless expressly indicated in the description of the villa on the ALMARINA website and the corresponding extra fee has been paid.
FURNITURE: Furniture cannot be moved from a room to other to fit each guest needs.
SWIMMING POOL: The use of the swimming pool must be done without sun cream, as it can seriously damage the chemical balance of the water and therefore damage your skin, hair or even affect the colours of your swimming costumes. For your safety we ask you to keep an eye on children who do not know how to swim, not to dive in head first or make potentially dangerous jumps and not to run on the edges of the pool as a slip can cause a fall that can ruin your stay.
TOWELS: We always review the towels after every visit. If there are any extreme damages done to the products that mean they can no longer be used, you will be charged 20€ for the large towels and 12€ for the small towels. Damages include: make-up/fake tan stains, other discolourations or material wear and tear.
