Verteilung:
Die Villa hat nur eine Etage. Es gibt ein Wohn-Esszimmer mit großen Fenstern, die einen einfachen Zugang zur Terrasse und zum privaten Swimmingpool bieten. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer sehr attraktiven Küche verbunden, die mit allen notwendigen Geräten und Küchenutensilien für einen perfekten Aufenthalt ausgestattet ist. Über einen Flur gelangen wir zu 3 Schlafzimmern mit Einbauschränken. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche und die anderen beiden teilen sich ein komplettes Badezimmer mit Dusche. Auf der gleichen Etage gibt es eine Waschküche und einen Toilettenraum für Gäste.
Der Außenbereich des Hauses verfügt über einen eigenen Swimmingpool mit großer Liegefläche, eine sehr große Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen und einen zusätzlichen Bereich mit einem geräumigen Grillplatz mit herrlichem Meerblick. Zusätzlich gibt es auf dem Dach des Grundstücks eine weitere Terrasse zum Sonnenbaden.
Auf dem Grundstück gibt es Platz zum Parken eines Autos, aber auf der Straße gibt es jede Menge freie Parkmöglichkeiten.

Eine Teilzahlung in einer Menge von 50% der Gesamtsumme ist fällig bei Buchung. Restzahlung ist fällig nicht später als 14 Tage vor Anreise.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation occurs between 15 and 365 days prior to arrival 100 % of the total booking amount is refundable. If cancellation occurs between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount is refundable.
If cancellation occurs between 6 and 0 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total booking amount is refundable.
These rules are applicable under all personal or general situation unless a legal regulation implies that the guest cannot occupy the villa or enter the country by any transport mean to arrive to the villa, in that case, we would give the 100% of the money back to the guest.

ÜberweisungPayment by bank transfer is recommended for payments over 1.000 €. Please make the transfer during office hours (9am to 7pm) and send us the proof of payment as soon as you make the transfer so that we can confirm the booking and the dates are reserved for you. Our team will confirm receipt of your booking by email. Payments will be made to the following bank account: ES35-2100-7350-6402-0006-3709 indicating in the description the name of the villa and booking number.
StripeCard payment is recommended for payments up to €1,000. Payment by debit or credit card is made with the STRIPE application which has all the security measures for a secure transaction.
Regeln
The following rules of use of the villa are mandatory and therefore the guest assumes that failure to comply with them will result in the termination of the stay without the right to a refund of the amount paid:
PARTIES PROHIBITION: Parties or celebrations in the villa are strictly prohibited.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS: The maximum number of guests specified for the villa may not be exceeded at any time.
NOISE AND MUSIC: In accordance with established municipal regulations, no music or other noise disturbing to neighbours is permitted, especially from 11pm to 9am.
COMMERCIAL USE OF THE VILLA: It is strictly forbidden to use the villa for commercial purposes of any kind unless authorised in writing by the management of Almarina Villas and payment of an extra fee for such authorisation.
RECORDING REPORTS FOR SOCIAL NETWORKS: It is strictly forbidden to publish on any social networks if the villa is shown in detail in the same unless authorised in writing by the management of Almarina Villas.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
ANIMALS: Pets are NOT allowed unless expressly indicated in the description of the villa on the ALMARINA website and the corresponding extra fee has been paid.
FURNITURE: Furniture cannot be moved from a room to other to fit each guest needs.
SWIMMING POOL: The use of the swimming pool must be done without sun cream, as it can seriously damage the chemical balance of the water and therefore damage your skin, hair or even affect the colours of your swimming costumes. For your safety we ask you to keep an eye on children who do not know how to swim, not to dive in head first or make potentially dangerous jumps and not to run on the edges of the pool as a slip can cause a fall that can ruin your stay.
TOWELS: We always review the towels after every visit. If there are any extreme damages done to the products that mean they can no longer be used, you will be charged 20€ for the large towels and 12€ for the small towels. Damages include: make-up/fake tan stains, other discolourations or material wear and tear.
