It also boasts a perfect location next to the Moraira Tennis and Paddle Tennis Club, in a quiet area of ​​upscale villas, and just 3 km from the fine sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters of El Portet and L'Ampolla. Pets are not allowed in this villa.

the villa is modern and in an excellent state of maintenance, it is very complete, spacious and practical for holiday enjoyment.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining room with large windows to give easy access to the terrace and pool. The living room has a large open plan kitchen with all the necessary appliances and kitchenware for a perfect stay. Through a corridor we access to a spacious bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes and a complete bathroom with shower.

Through some interior stairs we access to the upper floor where we find 2 charming bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and spacious terraces with open views to the mountains and surrounding urbanizations.

The whole property has air-conditioning with the option of hot or cold air conditioning and internet.

The exterior of the property has a large private infinity pool with entrance via comfortable steps.
Next to the pool there is a large covered terrace with outdoor dining table, an excellent barbecue area, outdoor kitchen, relaxation area with outdoor sofas and a sunbathing area with sunbeds.

The fully fenced garden has a large garden area with natural grass and palm trees. The garden is ideal for children's games. At the entrance area to the garden there is ample uncovered parking for up to 3 vehicles.

Policies

Payment Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation occurs between 15 and 365 days prior to arrival 100 % of the total booking amount is refundable. If cancellation occurs between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount is refundable.
If cancellation occurs between 6 and 0 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total booking amount is refundable.

These rules are applicable under all personal or general situation unless a legal regulation implies that the guest cannot occupy the villa or enter the country by any transport mean to arrive to the villa, in that case, we would give the 100% of the money back to the guest.

Payment Methods

Bank transferPayment by bank transfer is recommended for payments over 1.000 €. Please make the transfer during office hours (9am to 7pm) and send us the proof of payment as soon as you make the transfer so that we can confirm the booking and the dates are reserved for you. Our team will confirm receipt of your booking by email. Payments will be made to the following bank account: ES35-2100-7350-6402-0006-3709 indicating in the description the name of the villa and booking number.

StripeCard payment is recommended for payments up to €1,000. Payment by debit or credit card is made with the STRIPE application which has all the security measures for a secure transaction.

Rules

The following rules of use of the villa are mandatory and therefore the guest assumes that failure to comply with them will result in the termination of the stay without the right to a refund of the amount paid:
PARTIES PROHIBITION: Parties or celebrations in the villa are strictly prohibited.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS: The maximum number of guests specified for the villa may not be exceeded at any time.3. NOISE AND MUSIC: In accordance with established municipal regulations, no music or other noise disturbing to neighbours is permitted, especially from 1pm to 9am.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
ANIMALS: Pets are NOT allowed unless expressly indicated in the description of the villa on the ALMARINA website and the corresponding extra fee has been paid.
CROCKERY: The guest must leave all crockery and cutlery clean before departure.
FURNITURE: Furniture cannot be moved from a room to other to fit each guest needs.
SWIMMING POOL: The use of the swimming pool must be done without sun cream, as it can seriously damage the chemical balance of the water and therefore damage your skin, hair or even affect the colours of your swimming costumes. For your safety we ask you to keep an eye on children who do not know how to swim, not to dive in head first or make potentially dangerous jumps and not to run on the edges of the pool as a slip can cause a fall that can ruin your stay.
TOWELS: We always review the towels after every visit. If there are any extreme damages done to the products that mean they can no longer be used, you will be charged 20€ for the large towels and 12€ for the small towels. Damages include: make-up/fake tan stains, other discolourations or material wear and tear.
