Bahía del Portet (Moraira) is a spacious and elegant penthouse apartment with tons of charm and a large terrace with incredible panoramic views of El Portet Beach. It also boasts an excellent location, just 650 meters from El Portet Beach and its 4 restaurants and 2 km from the town of Moraira, with its beautiful shops and restaurants. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 5 people. The apartment is part of a small community of about 20 apartments that share a beautiful communal pool that is not frequented by other residents, so it can often be enjoyed as a private pool. Dogs and other animals are not allowed at this property.

Distribution:
on entering the community, the swimming pool is on the left hand side and the flats and penthouses on the right hand side so the pool area is very quiet especially as there is very little use by other neighbours. The private parking space is next to the penthouse door.
On entering the penthouse we access to a corridor that distributes on the right hand side the 2 bathrooms, the two bedrooms in front and on the left the large living room with integrated kitchen, fireplace and large folding windows with splendid sea views. Finally we find a large terrace of about 25 meters with dining table and sofa area to relax or have drinks in the evening.

the penthouse " Bahía del Portet" is only 650 metres from el portet beach and its 4 restaurants. Moraira town with its beautiful shops, restaurants, a 24h service supermarket and a very big sandy beach beach is only 2 km away from the villa.

Policies

Payment Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation occurs between 15 and 365 days prior to arrival 100 % of the total booking amount is refundable. If cancellation occurs between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount is refundable.
If cancellation occurs between 6 and 0 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total booking amount is refundable.

These rules are applicable under all personal or general situation unless a legal regulation implies that the guest cannot occupy the villa or enter the country by any transport mean to arrive to the villa, in that case, we would give the 100% of the money back to the guest.

Payment Methods

Bank transferPayment by bank transfer is recommended for payments over 1.000 €. Please make the transfer during office hours (9am to 7pm) and send us the proof of payment as soon as you make the transfer so that we can confirm the booking and the dates are reserved for you. Our team will confirm receipt of your booking by email. Payments will be made to the following bank account: ES35-2100-7350-6402-0006-3709 indicating in the description the name of the villa and booking number.

StripeCard payment is recommended for payments up to €1,000. Payment by debit or credit card is made with the STRIPE application which has all the security measures for a secure transaction.

Rules

The following rules of use of the villa are mandatory and therefore the guest assumes that failure to comply with them will result in the termination of the stay without the right to a refund of the amount paid:
PARTIES PROHIBITION: Parties or celebrations in the villa are strictly prohibited.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS: The maximum number of guests specified for the villa may not be exceeded at any time.3. NOISE AND MUSIC: In accordance with established municipal regulations, no music or other noise disturbing to neighbours is permitted, especially from 1pm to 9am.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
ANIMALS: Pets are NOT allowed unless expressly indicated in the description of the villa on the ALMARINA website and the corresponding extra fee has been paid.
CROCKERY: The guest must leave all crockery and cutlery clean before departure.
FURNITURE: Furniture cannot be moved from a room to other to fit each guest needs.
SWIMMING POOL: The use of the swimming pool must be done without sun cream, as it can seriously damage the chemical balance of the water and therefore damage your skin, hair or even affect the colours of your swimming costumes. For your safety we ask you to keep an eye on children who do not know how to swim, not to dive in head first or make potentially dangerous jumps and not to run on the edges of the pool as a slip can cause a fall that can ruin your stay.
TOWELS: We always review the towels after every visit. If there are any extreme damages done to the products that mean they can no longer be used, you will be charged 20€ for the large towels and 12€ for the small towels. Damages include: make-up/fake tan stains, other discolourations or material wear and tear.
