Distribution:
on the outside of the plot there is a private parking area of 100 m2 which can accommodate up to 4 cars. The entrance to the plot is through a beautiful walkway between pines and palm trees that gives access to a large swimming pool with ample areas for sunbathing. In the garden there is a large area to make paellas with firewood or barbecues. Next to the pool area there is a large dining table with splendid sea views. Next to the pool there is a covered area with a good ping-pong table.
On the same level as the swimming pool and garden, we have the main building with a living room with integrated modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The living room with sofa and armchair gives access to a terrace of about 15 m2 with splendid sea views. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher.
The master bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobe, en suite bathroom with shower as well as splendid sea views and access to the terrace from the living room. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, good wardrobe and splendid sea views. The third bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobe and views of the swimming pool. The second and third bedrooms share a modern bathroom with shower. This side of the property has another appartments below that is rented by other agency.
On the upper level, accessible through a wooden stairs, we have 1 extra appartment with 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a cozy private living room with sea views. On the same level, finally, through a beautiful wooden staircase, we access to a huge terrace of 210 square meters with splendid views to "el portet" bay and the famous rock of ifach. On this terrace we have a dining area with a pergola to provide shade during meals, a sunbathing area with sunbeds and an area with sofas to have aperitifs or drinks at night.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation occurs between 15 and 365 days prior to arrival 100 % of the total booking amount is refundable. If cancellation occurs between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount is refundable.
If cancellation occurs between 6 and 0 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total booking amount is refundable.
These rules are applicable under all personal or general situation unless a legal regulation implies that the guest cannot occupy the villa or enter the country by any transport mean to arrive to the villa, in that case, we would give the 100% of the money back to the guest.
Payment Methods
Bank transferPayment by bank transfer is recommended for payments over 1.000 €. Please make the transfer during office hours (9am to 7pm) and send us the proof of payment as soon as you make the transfer so that we can confirm the booking and the dates are reserved for you. Our team will confirm receipt of your booking by email. Payments will be made to the following bank account: ES35-2100-7350-6402-0006-3709 indicating in the description the name of the villa and booking number.
StripeCard payment is recommended for payments up to €1,000. Payment by debit or credit card is made with the STRIPE application which has all the security measures for a secure transaction.
Rules
The following rules of use of the villa are mandatory and therefore the guest assumes that failure to comply with them will result in the termination of the stay without the right to a refund of the amount paid:
PARTIES PROHIBITION: Parties or celebrations in the villa are strictly prohibited.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS: The maximum number of guests specified for the villa may not be exceeded at any time.3. NOISE AND MUSIC: In accordance with established municipal regulations, no music or other noise disturbing to neighbours is permitted, especially from 1pm to 9am.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
ANIMALS: Pets are NOT allowed unless expressly indicated in the description of the villa on the ALMARINA website and the corresponding extra fee has been paid.
CROCKERY: The guest must leave all crockery and cutlery clean before departure.
FURNITURE: Furniture cannot be moved from a room to other to fit each guest needs.
SWIMMING POOL: The use of the swimming pool must be done without sun cream, as it can seriously damage the chemical balance of the water and therefore damage your skin, hair or even affect the colours of your swimming costumes. For your safety we ask you to keep an eye on children who do not know how to swim, not to dive in head first or make potentially dangerous jumps and not to run on the edges of the pool as a slip can cause a fall that can ruin your stay.
TOWELS: We always review the towels after every visit. If there are any extreme damages done to the products that mean they can no longer be used, you will be charged 20€ for the large towels and 12€ for the small towels. Damages include: make-up/fake tan stains, other discolourations or material wear and tear.
