Villa el Portet (Moraira) is a wonderful villa with an authentic Mediterranean lifestyle, featuring a pool area, barbecue grill, and rooftop chill-out zone. It also boasts an incredible location, within walking distance of the beach, the best restaurants, and shops. Pets are welcome (€55 fee).

Distribution:
El Portet is situated on a plot of 845 m2 and has a constructed area of 220 metres distributed over a single floor that communicates through its large windows with the pool area at the front and the barbecue area and garage at the back.
On entering the property there is a parking area for 2 vehicles which gives access to the entrance of the house. The entrance to the property leads to a good hallway which on the left hand side leads to a large living/dining room with large windows overlooking the swimming pool area. The living room is conceptually divided into 3 areas, one for study, one for relaxed conversation on the sofas and one for watching television, which is at a slightly lower level.
Returning to the hallway, on the right hand side there is a toilet and then a large modern kitchen with mediterranean elements and a circular table with chairs.
Following the same corridor, we have all the rooms, firstly on the left hand side a room with bunk beds for 3 people that communicates with a bathroom that is shared with the next room that has 2 single beds. Following the corridor, on the right hand side there is another bedroom with 2 beds with en suite bathroom and finally on the left hand side another bedroom, this one with a double bed, a large window with access to the swimming pool area and an en suite bathroom. Additionally, there is a spacious study room with a large sofa bed.
In terms of air conditioning, to cool the house in summer, we have 1 air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans in the living room and all the bedrooms, to heat the house in winter we have a fireplace in the living room as well as electric radiators in each room of the house.
The exterior of the property with a surface of 850 m2 very well distributed. On entering the plot we have on the left hand side an access door to the swimming pool area. If we go straight on from the entrance we will find a beautiful garden area that leads to a covered parking area. From the parking area we can enter the interior of the house at one end and at the other, go towards the laundry area and the barbecue area with paellero.
On the other side of the house, there is a large swimming pool, a small artificial grass area, a rest area with 2 sunbeds as well as a large terrace with a dining area and a social area with a sofa, armchairs and a coffee table.

Location:
El Portet is situated on the sea front. It is not necessary to use the car as less than 600 metres away there is a wide selection of the best restaurants, shops, beaches and supermarkets in the area as well as access to the marina of Moraira. Also, in the opposite direction, we can walk 5 minutes along a splendid path with panoramic sea views to the beach of the portet.

Policies

Payment Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation occurs between 15 and 365 days prior to arrival 100 % of the total booking amount is refundable. If cancellation occurs between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount is refundable.
If cancellation occurs between 6 and 0 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total booking amount is refundable.

These rules are applicable under all personal or general situation unless a legal regulation implies that the guest cannot occupy the villa or enter the country by any transport mean to arrive to the villa, in that case, we would give the 100% of the money back to the guest.

Payment Methods

Bank transferPayment by bank transfer is recommended for payments over 1.000 €. Please make the transfer during office hours (9am to 7pm) and send us the proof of payment as soon as you make the transfer so that we can confirm the booking and the dates are reserved for you. Our team will confirm receipt of your booking by email. Payments will be made to the following bank account: ES35-2100-7350-6402-0006-3709 indicating in the description the name of the villa and booking number.

StripeCard payment is recommended for payments up to €1,000. Payment by debit or credit card is made with the STRIPE application which has all the security measures for a secure transaction.

Rules

The following rules of use of the villa are mandatory and therefore the guest assumes that failure to comply with them will result in the termination of the stay without the right to a refund of the amount paid:
PARTIES PROHIBITION: Parties or celebrations in the villa are strictly prohibited.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS: The maximum number of guests specified for the villa may not be exceeded at any time.3. NOISE AND MUSIC: In accordance with established municipal regulations, no music or other noise disturbing to neighbours is permitted, especially from 1pm to 9am.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
ANIMALS: Pets are NOT allowed unless expressly indicated in the description of the villa on the ALMARINA website and the corresponding extra fee has been paid.
CROCKERY: The guest must leave all crockery and cutlery clean before departure.
FURNITURE: Furniture cannot be moved from a room to other to fit each guest needs.
SWIMMING POOL: The use of the swimming pool must be done without sun cream, as it can seriously damage the chemical balance of the water and therefore damage your skin, hair or even affect the colours of your swimming costumes. For your safety we ask you to keep an eye on children who do not know how to swim, not to dive in head first or make potentially dangerous jumps and not to run on the edges of the pool as a slip can cause a fall that can ruin your stay.
TOWELS: We always review the towels after every visit. If there are any extreme damages done to the products that mean they can no longer be used, you will be charged 20€ for the large towels and 12€ for the small towels. Damages include: make-up/fake tan stains, other discolourations or material wear and tear.
