Son de Mar (Jávea) is a villa with sea views and the charm of the authentic Mediterranean villages. It has a beautiful decoration in Ibizan style and its location is incredible, 10 minutes walk from the beach "La Gravel", the area of ​​restaurants and Jávea stores. Distribution:
The main construction of the town is all in a plant that has air conditioning. In addition, regardless of the main construction there is a very unique cabin with sea vegetables and ceiling fan.
On the main floor, there is an authentic Ibizan -style lounge with sea views with 2 sofas connected with an open kitchen that carefully combines old materials with high -standing kitchen marks.
The kitchen has all the appliances and items necessary for a perfect stay.
On the same ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower.
The main room has a marriage bed and private bathroom with shower, the second room has 2 individual beds and private bathroom, the third room has literas for up to 4 people. The third room has a bath with shower also accessed from the hall. In addition, there is a cabin at the top of the plot with another room that has 2 individual beds. The cabin has no bathroom.

The exterior of the property has an area of ​​800 m2 that is distributed in 2 main areas:
1. Entrance to the property: - Great parking for 1 large car or 2 small. As extra payment there are 4 bicycles, two of them electric.
2. Lunch zone with a large table and beautiful views of the sea and the port of Jávea. This area is ideal for breakfast, dinner or drinking.
3. Rear of the property:
- It has an elegant although small pool (1.5 m * 3m) with shower.
- A Chillout area with a low table and armchairs.
- A barbecue area with a covered dining table.- A reading area with 2 sun loungers and a booth.- An toilet and toilet cleaning.

Policies

Payment Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation occurs between 15 and 365 days prior to arrival 100 % of the total booking amount is refundable. If cancellation occurs between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount is refundable.
If cancellation occurs between 6 and 0 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total booking amount is refundable.

These rules are applicable under all personal or general situation unless a legal regulation implies that the guest cannot occupy the villa or enter the country by any transport mean to arrive to the villa, in that case, we would give the 100% of the money back to the guest.

Payment Methods

Bank transferPayment by bank transfer is recommended for payments over 1.000 €. Please make the transfer during office hours (9am to 7pm) and send us the proof of payment as soon as you make the transfer so that we can confirm the booking and the dates are reserved for you. Our team will confirm receipt of your booking by email. Payments will be made to the following bank account: ES35-2100-7350-6402-0006-3709 indicating in the description the name of the villa and booking number.

StripeCard payment is recommended for payments up to €1,000. Payment by debit or credit card is made with the STRIPE application which has all the security measures for a secure transaction.

Rules

The following rules of use of the villa are mandatory and therefore the guest assumes that failure to comply with them will result in the termination of the stay without the right to a refund of the amount paid:
PARTIES PROHIBITION: Parties or celebrations in the villa are strictly prohibited.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS: The maximum number of guests specified for the villa may not be exceeded at any time.3. NOISE AND MUSIC: In accordance with established municipal regulations, no music or other noise disturbing to neighbours is permitted, especially from 1pm to 9am.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
ANIMALS: Pets are NOT allowed unless expressly indicated in the description of the villa on the ALMARINA website and the corresponding extra fee has been paid.
CROCKERY: The guest must leave all crockery and cutlery clean before departure.
FURNITURE: Furniture cannot be moved from a room to other to fit each guest needs.
SWIMMING POOL: The use of the swimming pool must be done without sun cream, as it can seriously damage the chemical balance of the water and therefore damage your skin, hair or even affect the colours of your swimming costumes. For your safety we ask you to keep an eye on children who do not know how to swim, not to dive in head first or make potentially dangerous jumps and not to run on the edges of the pool as a slip can cause a fall that can ruin your stay.
TOWELS: We always review the towels after every visit. If there are any extreme damages done to the products that mean they can no longer be used, you will be charged 20€ for the large towels and 12€ for the small towels. Damages include: make-up/fake tan stains, other discolourations or material wear and tear.
