Villa La Mar (Benissa) is a spectacular Mediterranean villa with sea views and an incredible location. It is situated just 220 metres (3 minutes walk) from a sandy beach (La Fustera) that boasts fantastic restaurants and supermarkets. Villa la Mar has a detailed Mediterranean design and sea views from the terrace, the living room, the dining room, one of the bedrooms and the pool and barbecue area. Your pet is welcome at Villa la Mar (55€ cleaning fee). La Mar is perfect to enjoy with family and friends as it has a small natural grass football pitch, a ping-pong table and a foosball table.

If you wish, you can order additional services such as a cot and high chair for any young children (50€), baby bath (25€) and swimming pool towels (10€ per towel, bedsheets, and bath towels provided free of charge). We also can provide early check in and late check out services but please contact us directly for more information regarding these services.

DISTRIBUTION:

The villa has 2 floors connected by the exterior with a total of 360 m2 with an interior staircase.
On the first floor, completely refurbished, there is a large living-dining room of 60 m2 with large windows, sea views and access to a large terrace. The living room leads to a large modern kitchen with all the appliances and kitchen elements necessary for a perfect stay. On this same floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms with good wardrobes and decorated with charm. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and beautiful sea views. The other two bedrooms share a large bathroom with a shower. This floor has gas central heating and air-conditioning in the 3 bedrooms and the tv living room area.

On the lower floor, currently being renovated, you will find 3 bedrooms with 3 ensuite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has sea views and a trunk beds for kids. You will find big wardrobes and table to work from home if necessary. There is a spacious living room with a football table and an ample kitchen next to the swimming pool.

The exterior of the property with a surface area of 1.050 m2 has a large parking area for up to 4 cars. It also has a large garden area with natural grass with football goals, a large swimming pool with 5 sunbeds and a beautiful pergola and barbecue area with dining table and sofas.

LOCATION:

- Due to its perfect location, a car is not necessary if you do not wish to make excursions in the area.
- The distance to the beach "la fustera" is only 220 metres, which is accessed privately by a pathway. In addition, from "la fustera" beach there is an ecological path with beautiful views of the sea through which you can reach the coves of Pinets and Bassetes with a pleasant walk of around 400 metres.
- Several restaurants, beach clubs and a good supermarket. All in less than 250 meters from the villa.
- 150 meters to an ecological path ideal for scenic walks by the sea.
- Bus stop at 200 metres to go to the charming village of Moraira, or to the vast beaches and services of Calpe or to connect at the station to go to the airports of Alicante and Valencia.
- For diving and sailing lovers, the Bassetes yacht club is just 8 minutes walk away, ideal for all kinds of nautical activities for groups.

Policies

Payment Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 25% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation occurs between 15 and 365 days prior to arrival 100 % of the total booking amount is refundable. If cancellation occurs between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount is refundable.
If cancellation occurs between 6 and 0 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total booking amount is refundable.

These rules are applicable under all personal or general situation unless a legal regulation implies that the guest cannot occupy the villa or enter the country by any transport mean to arrive to the villa, in that case, we would give the 100% of the money back to the guest.

Payment Methods

Bank transferPayment by bank transfer is recommended for payments over 1.000 €. Please make the transfer during office hours (9am to 7pm) and send us the proof of payment as soon as you make the transfer so that we can confirm the booking and the dates are reserved for you. Our team will confirm receipt of your booking by email. Payments will be made to the following bank account: ES35-2100-7350-6402-0006-3709 indicating in the description the name of the villa and booking number.

StripeCard payment is recommended for payments up to €1,000. Payment by debit or credit card is made with the STRIPE application which has all the security measures for a secure transaction.

Rules

The following rules of use of the villa are mandatory and therefore the guest assumes that failure to comply with them will result in the termination of the stay without the right to a refund of the amount paid:
PARTIES PROHIBITION: Parties or celebrations in the villa are strictly prohibited.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS: The maximum number of guests specified for the villa may not be exceeded at any time.3. NOISE AND MUSIC: In accordance with established municipal regulations, no music or other noise disturbing to neighbours is permitted, especially from 1pm to 9am.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
ANIMALS: Pets are NOT allowed unless expressly indicated in the description of the villa on the ALMARINA website and the corresponding extra fee has been paid.
CROCKERY: The guest must leave all crockery and cutlery clean before departure.
FURNITURE: Furniture cannot be moved from a room to other to fit each guest needs.
SWIMMING POOL: The use of the swimming pool must be done without sun cream, as it can seriously damage the chemical balance of the water and therefore damage your skin, hair or even affect the colours of your swimming costumes. For your safety we ask you to keep an eye on children who do not know how to swim, not to dive in head first or make potentially dangerous jumps and not to run on the edges of the pool as a slip can cause a fall that can ruin your stay.
TOWELS: We always review the towels after every visit. If there are any extreme damages done to the products that mean they can no longer be used, you will be charged 20€ for the large towels and 12€ for the small towels. Damages include: make-up/fake tan stains, other discolourations or material wear and tear.
