LAYOUT:
The villa has two floors connected by the interior, with a total of 360 m².
On the first floor, which has been completely renovated, there is a large 60 m² living-dining room with large windows overlooking the sea and access to a large terrace.
The living room connects to a spacious and modern kitchen equipped with all the appliances and utensils necessary for a perfect stay.
On this same floor, there are three large bedrooms with ample wardrobes and charming decor. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and beautiful sea views. The other two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a shower.
This floor has gas central heating and air conditioning in all three bedrooms and in the living room with a TV.
The tastefully renovated ground floor has three more bedrooms, each with a full en suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms has sea views and two bunk beds for up to four children or teenagers. It also has large wardrobes and a desk for working if necessary.
You will also enjoy a spacious living room with a foosball table and a spacious and modern kitchen with direct access to the barbecue area and the pool.
The exterior of the property, with a surface area of 1,050 m², features a comfortable parking area for 4 cars, a spacious garden with natural grass and soccer goals, a large swimming pool with 5 sun loungers, a beautiful pergola, and a barbecue area with a dining table and sofas.
LOCATION:
- Thanks to its excellent location, a car is not necessary if you don't want to go on excursions in the area. La Fustera beach is just 220 meters away, with private and exclusive pedestrian access. In addition, from La Fustera beach, there is an ecological path with beautiful sea views, which takes you to the coves of Pinets and Bassetes in a pleasant walk of about 400 meters.
Several restaurants, beach clubs, and a good supermarket are all within 250 meters of the villa.
150 meters away, there is an ecological path ideal for pleasant walks by the sea.
There is a bus stop 200 meters away, taking you to the charming town of Moraira, the wide beaches and services of Calpe, or connecting from the station to Alicante and Valencia airports.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 25% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation occurs between 7 and 365 days prior to arrival 100 % of the total booking amount is refundable. If cancellation occurs between 3 and 6 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount is refundable.
If cancellation occurs between 2 and 0 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total booking amount is refundable.
These rules are applicable under all personal or general situation unless a legal regulation implies that the guest cannot occupy the villa or enter the country by any transport mean to arrive to the villa, in that case, we would give the 100% of the money back to the guest.
Payment Methods
Bank transferPayment by bank transfer is recommended for payments over 1.000 €. Please make the transfer during office hours (9am to 7pm) and send us the proof of payment as soon as you make the transfer so that we can confirm the booking and the dates are reserved for you. Our team will confirm receipt of your booking by email. Payments will be made to the following bank account: ES35-2100-7350-6402-0006-3709 indicating in the description the name of the villa and booking number.
StripeCard payment is recommended for payments up to €1,000. Payment by debit or credit card is made with the STRIPE application which has all the security measures for a secure transaction.
Rules
The following rules of use of the villa are mandatory and therefore the guest assumes that failure to comply with them will result in the termination of the stay without the right to a refund of the amount paid:
PARTIES PROHIBITION: Parties or celebrations in the villa are strictly prohibited.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS: The maximum number of guests specified for the villa may not be exceeded at any time.3. NOISE AND MUSIC: In accordance with established municipal regulations, no music or other noise disturbing to neighbours is permitted, especially from 1pm to 9am.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
ANIMALS: Pets are NOT allowed unless expressly indicated in the description of the villa on the ALMARINA website and the corresponding extra fee has been paid.
CROCKERY: The guest must leave all crockery and cutlery clean before departure.
FURNITURE: Furniture cannot be moved from a room to other to fit each guest needs.
SWIMMING POOL: The use of the swimming pool must be done without sun cream, as it can seriously damage the chemical balance of the water and therefore damage your skin, hair or even affect the colours of your swimming costumes. For your safety we ask you to keep an eye on children who do not know how to swim, not to dive in head first or make potentially dangerous jumps and not to run on the edges of the pool as a slip can cause a fall that can ruin your stay.
TOWELS: We always review the towels after every visit. If there are any extreme damages done to the products that mean they can no longer be used, you will be charged 20€ for the large towels and 12€ for the small towels. Damages include: make-up/fake tan stains, other discolourations or material wear and tear.
