Indien u dat wenst, kunt u extra diensten bestellen, zoals een kinderbedje en kinderstoel voor eventuele jonge kinderen (€ 50,-), een babybadje (€ 25,-) en handdoeken voor het zwembad (€ 10,- per handdoek, beddengoed en badhanddoeken worden gratis verstrekt). VERDELING:
De villa bestaat uit 2 verdiepingen, verbonden door een trap. Op de begane grond bevindt zich een mooie eetkamer met grote ramen met uitzicht op zee en toegang tot een terras. De woonkamer leidt naar een gezellige moderne keuken die is voorzien van alle apparatuur en keukenelementen die nodig zijn voor een perfect verblijf. De keuken beschikt over een fijn terras, ideaal om te ontbijten en lunchen. Op deze verdieping bevinden zich 2 slaapkamers met elk een tweepersoonsbed, een eigen badkamer en een toiletruimte tussen de keuken en de woonkamer.
De bovenverdieping is ideaal voor een gezin met 2 kinderen, want er zijn 2 slaapkamers die met elkaar verbonden zijn via de badkamer. Er is een groot terras met uitzicht op zee en een bank waar u kunt lezen of van een drankje kunt genieten.
Het exterieur van het pand heeft een oppervlakte van 1.200 m2 met de volgende oppervlakten:
- een groot zwembad met 2 gedeeltes, een voor volwassenen en een voor kinderen.
- een zeer groot terras met een eettafel, een chill-outruimte en een barbecueplek.
- een tuin die toegankelijk is via de achterzijde van het pand, gelegen op het lagere niveau.
LOCATIE:
De villa is strategisch gelegen ten opzichte van de zee (Cala Pinets op slechts 900 meter en Playa La Fustera op 1200 meter), met diverse leuke restaurants en een supermarkt op loopafstand.

Payment Policies
Een gedeeltelijke betaling in het aantal van 50% van het totaal is uit bij boeking. Overgebleven betaling is uit niet later dan 14 dagen voor aankomst.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation occurs between 15 and 365 days prior to arrival 100 % of the total booking amount is refundable. If cancellation occurs between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount is refundable.
If cancellation occurs between 6 and 0 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total booking amount is refundable.
These rules are applicable under all personal or general situation unless a legal regulation implies that the guest cannot occupy the villa or enter the country by any transport mean to arrive to the villa, in that case, we would give the 100% of the money back to the guest.
Payment Methods
BankoverschrijvingPayment by bank transfer is recommended for payments over 1.000 €. Please make the transfer during office hours (9am to 7pm) and send us the proof of payment as soon as you make the transfer so that we can confirm the booking and the dates are reserved for you. Our team will confirm receipt of your booking by email. Payments will be made to the following bank account: ES35-2100-7350-6402-0006-3709 indicating in the description the name of the villa and booking number.
StripeCard payment is recommended for payments up to €1,000. Payment by debit or credit card is made with the STRIPE application which has all the security measures for a secure transaction.
Rules
The following rules of use of the villa are mandatory and therefore the guest assumes that failure to comply with them will result in the termination of the stay without the right to a refund of the amount paid:
PARTIES PROHIBITION: Parties or celebrations in the villa are strictly prohibited.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS: The maximum number of guests specified for the villa may not be exceeded at any time.3. NOISE AND MUSIC: In accordance with established municipal regulations, no music or other noise disturbing to neighbours is permitted, especially from 1pm to 9am.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
ANIMALS: Pets are NOT allowed unless expressly indicated in the description of the villa on the ALMARINA website and the corresponding extra fee has been paid.
CROCKERY: The guest must leave all crockery and cutlery clean before departure.
FURNITURE: Furniture cannot be moved from a room to other to fit each guest needs.
SWIMMING POOL: The use of the swimming pool must be done without sun cream, as it can seriously damage the chemical balance of the water and therefore damage your skin, hair or even affect the colours of your swimming costumes. For your safety we ask you to keep an eye on children who do not know how to swim, not to dive in head first or make potentially dangerous jumps and not to run on the edges of the pool as a slip can cause a fall that can ruin your stay.
TOWELS: We always review the towels after every visit. If there are any extreme damages done to the products that mean they can no longer be used, you will be charged 20€ for the large towels and 12€ for the small towels. Damages include: make-up/fake tan stains, other discolourations or material wear and tear.
