DISTRIBUTION :
La villa est composée de 2 étages reliés par des escaliers.
Au rez-de-chaussée, il y a une belle salle à manger avec de grandes fenêtres avec vue sur la mer et accès à une terrasse. Le salon communique avec une cuisine moderne et confortable avec tous les appareils et éléments de cuisine nécessaires pour un séjour parfait. La cuisine dispose d'une belle terrasse couverte, idéale pour prendre le petit-déjeuner et le déjeuner. Au même étage, il y a deux chambres à coucher avec un lit double et une salle de bain intégrée, ainsi qu'une salle de toilette entre la cuisine et le salon.
L'étage supérieur est parfait pour une famille avec deux enfants car il dispose de deux chambres reliées par la salle de bains et d'une grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer et un canapé pour lire ou prendre un verre.
L'extérieur de la propriété a une surface de 1.200 m2 avec les zones suivantes :
- une grande piscine avec 2 zones pour les adultes et pour les enfants.
- une très grande terrasse avec une table, un coin détente et un coin barbecue.
- un beau jardin accessible par l'arrière de la propriété qui se trouve à un niveau inférieur.

La villa est stratégiquement située pour accéder à la mer (Cala Pinets à seulement 900 mètres et playa La Fustera 1200 mètres), plusieurs restaurants sympas et un supermarché tous à distance de marche

Conditions de paiement
Un paiement partiel au montant de 50% du grand total est dû à la réservation. Balance de paiement est dû pas plus tard que 14 jours avant l'arrivée.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation occurs between 15 and 365 days prior to arrival 100 % of the total booking amount is refundable. If cancellation occurs between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount is refundable.
If cancellation occurs between 6 and 0 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total booking amount is refundable.
These rules are applicable under all personal or general situation unless a legal regulation implies that the guest cannot occupy the villa or enter the country by any transport mean to arrive to the villa, in that case, we would give the 100% of the money back to the guest.

Virement bancairePayment by bank transfer is recommended for payments over 1.000 €. Please make the transfer during office hours (9am to 7pm) and send us the proof of payment as soon as you make the transfer so that we can confirm the booking and the dates are reserved for you. Our team will confirm receipt of your booking by email. Payments will be made to the following bank account: ES35-2100-7350-6402-0006-3709 indicating in the description the name of the villa and booking number.
StripeCard payment is recommended for payments up to €1,000. Payment by debit or credit card is made with the STRIPE application which has all the security measures for a secure transaction.
Conditions
The following rules of use of the villa are mandatory and therefore the guest assumes that failure to comply with them will result in the termination of the stay without the right to a refund of the amount paid:
PARTIES PROHIBITION: Parties or celebrations in the villa are strictly prohibited.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS: The maximum number of guests specified for the villa may not be exceeded at any time.3. NOISE AND MUSIC: In accordance with established municipal regulations, no music or other noise disturbing to neighbours is permitted, especially from 1pm to 9am.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
ANIMALS: Pets are NOT allowed unless expressly indicated in the description of the villa on the ALMARINA website and the corresponding extra fee has been paid.
CROCKERY: The guest must leave all crockery and cutlery clean before departure.
FURNITURE: Furniture cannot be moved from a room to other to fit each guest needs.
SWIMMING POOL: The use of the swimming pool must be done without sun cream, as it can seriously damage the chemical balance of the water and therefore damage your skin, hair or even affect the colours of your swimming costumes. For your safety we ask you to keep an eye on children who do not know how to swim, not to dive in head first or make potentially dangerous jumps and not to run on the edges of the pool as a slip can cause a fall that can ruin your stay.
TOWELS: We always review the towels after every visit. If there are any extreme damages done to the products that mean they can no longer be used, you will be charged 20€ for the large towels and 12€ for the small towels. Damages include: make-up/fake tan stains, other discolourations or material wear and tear.
