Verdeling:
De belangrijkste bouwactiviteiten in de stad vinden plaats in een fabriek met airconditioning. Daarnaast is er, ongeacht de hoofdconstructie, een zeer unieke hut met zeegroenten en plafondventilator.
Op de begane grond bevindt zich een authentieke lounge in Ibiza-stijl met uitzicht op zee, voorzien van 2 banken en een open keuken die zorgvuldig oude materialen combineert met hoogwaardige keukenkenmerken.
De keuken is voorzien van alle apparatuur en benodigdheden voor een perfect verblijf.
Op dezelfde begane grond bevinden zich 3 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers met douche.
De hoofdkamer beschikt over een tweepersoonsbed en een eigen badkamer met douche, de tweede kamer heeft 2 eenpersoonsbedden en een eigen badkamer en de derde kamer heeft een stapelbed voor maximaal 4 personen. De derde kamer beschikt over een badkamer met douche, eveneens bereikbaar via de hal. Verder is er boven op het perceel nog een hut met daarin nog een kamer met 2 eenpersoonsbedden. Er is geen badkamer in de hut.
De buitenkant van het pand heeft een oppervlakte van 800 m2, verdeeld over 2 hoofdruimtes:
1. Ingang van het pand: - Ruime parkeergelegenheid voor 1 grote auto of 2 kleine auto's. Als extra betaling zijn er 4 fietsen beschikbaar, waarvan 2 elektrisch.
2. Lunchzone met een grote tafel en prachtig uitzicht op de zee en de haven van Jávea. Deze ruimte is ideaal voor ontbijt, diner of een drankje.
3. Achterzijde van het pand:
- Het heeft een elegant, hoewel klein, zwembad (1,5 m * 3 m) met douche.
- Een chill-outruimte met een lage tafel en fauteuils.
- Een barbecueplek met een overdekte eettafel.- Een leeshoek met 2 ligstoelen en een zitje.- Een toilet en toilet schoonmaak.
Locatie: De villa is strategisch gelegen ten opzichte van de haven van Jávea, het strand van "La Gravel" en de restaurants en winkels van Jávea. Het geheel is slechts 700 meter lang.

Payment Policies
Een gedeeltelijke betaling in het aantal van 50% van het totaal is uit bij boeking. Overgebleven betaling is uit niet later dan 14 dagen voor aankomst.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation occurs between 15 and 365 days prior to arrival 100 % of the total booking amount is refundable. If cancellation occurs between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount is refundable.
If cancellation occurs between 6 and 0 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total booking amount is refundable.
These rules are applicable under all personal or general situation unless a legal regulation implies that the guest cannot occupy the villa or enter the country by any transport mean to arrive to the villa, in that case, we would give the 100% of the money back to the guest.
Payment Methods
BankoverschrijvingPayment by bank transfer is recommended for payments over 1.000 €. Please make the transfer during office hours (9am to 7pm) and send us the proof of payment as soon as you make the transfer so that we can confirm the booking and the dates are reserved for you. Our team will confirm receipt of your booking by email. Payments will be made to the following bank account: ES35-2100-7350-6402-0006-3709 indicating in the description the name of the villa and booking number.
StripeCard payment is recommended for payments up to €1,000. Payment by debit or credit card is made with the STRIPE application which has all the security measures for a secure transaction.
Rules
The following rules of use of the villa are mandatory and therefore the guest assumes that failure to comply with them will result in the termination of the stay without the right to a refund of the amount paid:
PARTIES PROHIBITION: Parties or celebrations in the villa are strictly prohibited.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS: The maximum number of guests specified for the villa may not be exceeded at any time.
NOISE AND MUSIC: In accordance with established municipal regulations, no music or other noise disturbing to neighbours is permitted, especially from 11pm to 9am.
COMMERCIAL USE OF THE VILLA: It is strictly forbidden to use the villa for commercial purposes of any kind unless authorised in writing by the management of Almarina Villas and payment of an extra fee for such authorisation.
RECORDING REPORTS FOR SOCIAL NETWORKS: It is strictly forbidden to publish on any social networks if the villa is shown in detail in the same unless authorised in writing by the management of Almarina Villas.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
ANIMALS: Pets are NOT allowed unless expressly indicated in the description of the villa on the ALMARINA website and the corresponding extra fee has been paid.
FURNITURE: Furniture cannot be moved from a room to other to fit each guest needs.
SWIMMING POOL: The use of the swimming pool must be done without sun cream, as it can seriously damage the chemical balance of the water and therefore damage your skin, hair or even affect the colours of your swimming costumes. For your safety we ask you to keep an eye on children who do not know how to swim, not to dive in head first or make potentially dangerous jumps and not to run on the edges of the pool as a slip can cause a fall that can ruin your stay.
TOWELS: We always review the towels after every visit. If there are any extreme damages done to the products that mean they can no longer be used, you will be charged 20€ for the large towels and 12€ for the small towels. Damages include: make-up/fake tan stains, other discolourations or material wear and tear.
