Villa Mirador al Mar (Benitaxell) has a great mediterranean charm with a huge swimming pool and nice garden in a perfect location close to restaurants and supermarkets that allows an ideal stay for families and quiet groups of up to 10 people. Your pet is welcome in this villa! ( extra cost 55 Euro).

Location:
it is on a residential area called cumbres del sol close to el moraig beach (2 km), supermarket ( mercadona) and several nice restaurants. The closest village is moraira, an small charming village, that is 6 km far from the villa.

Distribution:
this charming villa has a private plot ( 300 m2) and a 2 floor construction (90 m2) with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, a living room and a big terrace with a barbeque area.

The main floor entrance communicates with the kitchen and the living room with chimney. The living room connects through an small corridor with the main floor bathroom and 2 rooms ( one has a double bed and another room has 2 single beds.

The living room connects with an outdoor dinning room area and a big terrace with sofas and a barbeque area.

From the terrace you can access to the lower level with an spacious bedroom and a ensuite bathroom. Just in front the villa has a nice terrace with 2 loungers to enjoy the sun and refresh after on the jacuzzi.

The property do not have private parking unless it is not really a problem because there is plenty of free space to park in the same street.

At just 50 meters from the villa there is a communal pool that is not too much used by the other villa owners so most of the time it will be just for you.

all in all, a very attractive mediterranean villa perfectly decorated with amazing sea views from which you can access to amazing restaurants, beaches and charming villages in less than 10 minutes.

Policies

Payment Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation occurs between 15 and 365 days prior to arrival 100 % of the total booking amount is refundable. If cancellation occurs between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount is refundable.
If cancellation occurs between 6 and 0 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total booking amount is refundable.

These rules are applicable under all personal or general situation unless a legal regulation implies that the guest cannot occupy the villa or enter the country by any transport mean to arrive to the villa, in that case, we would give the 100% of the money back to the guest.

Payment Methods

Bank transferPayment by bank transfer is recommended for payments over 1.000 €. Please make the transfer during office hours (9am to 7pm) and send us the proof of payment as soon as you make the transfer so that we can confirm the booking and the dates are reserved for you. Our team will confirm receipt of your booking by email. Payments will be made to the following bank account: ES35-2100-7350-6402-0006-3709 indicating in the description the name of the villa and booking number.

StripeCard payment is recommended for payments up to €1,000. Payment by debit or credit card is made with the STRIPE application which has all the security measures for a secure transaction.

Rules

The following rules of use of the villa are mandatory and therefore the guest assumes that failure to comply with them will result in the termination of the stay without the right to a refund of the amount paid:
PARTIES PROHIBITION: Parties or celebrations in the villa are strictly prohibited.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS: The maximum number of guests specified for the villa may not be exceeded at any time.3. NOISE AND MUSIC: In accordance with established municipal regulations, no music or other noise disturbing to neighbours is permitted, especially from 1pm to 9am.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
ANIMALS: Pets are NOT allowed unless expressly indicated in the description of the villa on the ALMARINA website and the corresponding extra fee has been paid.
CROCKERY: The guest must leave all crockery and cutlery clean before departure.
FURNITURE: Furniture cannot be moved from a room to other to fit each guest needs.
SWIMMING POOL: The use of the swimming pool must be done without sun cream, as it can seriously damage the chemical balance of the water and therefore damage your skin, hair or even affect the colours of your swimming costumes. For your safety we ask you to keep an eye on children who do not know how to swim, not to dive in head first or make potentially dangerous jumps and not to run on the edges of the pool as a slip can cause a fall that can ruin your stay.
TOWELS: We always review the towels after every visit. If there are any extreme damages done to the products that mean they can no longer be used, you will be charged 20€ for the large towels and 12€ for the small towels. Damages include: make-up/fake tan stains, other discolourations or material wear and tear.
