L'emplacement de la villa est très bon car elle dispose d'un supermarché et de restaurants à moins de 1 km ainsi que de la plage la plus proche à seulement 1,5 km.

Cette charmante villa dispose d'un terrain privé de 1 200 m2 et d'un bâtiment de 2 étages (270 m2) avec 5 chambres, 3 salles de bains, cuisine, 2 salons, une grande terrasse avec une table pour 10 personnes et un espace barbecue à côté du jardin et de sa grande piscine.
L'étage principal est l'étage supérieur qui se trouve au niveau de la piscine. A l'extérieur du rez-de-chaussée, nous avons la terrasse avec une table pour 10 personnes qui est utilisée en été comme table principale pour les repas. Le salon à l'étage supérieur dispose de 3 espaces différents : la salle à manger avec une belle table en bois pour 10 personnes, un coin cheminée avec 1 canapé et un coin télévision avec 2 fauteuils. Depuis la salle à manger, vous accédez à la cuisine qui a également un accès direct au jardin. L'étage supérieur dispose également de 3 chambres : la première chambre à gauche dispose d'une salle de bain attenante avec douche et accès direct à la terrasse, les 2 autres chambres partagent une salle de bain avec baignoire.
Le rez-de-chaussée dispose d'une petite salle de jeux avec un canapé et 2 fauteuils ainsi que de 2 chambres qui partagent une grande salle de bain. Une des chambres a un accès direct à la salle de bain.
La propriété dispose d'un parking privé pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 3 véhicules.

Un paiement partiel au montant de 50% du grand total est dû à la réservation. Balance de paiement est dû pas plus tard que 14 jours avant l'arrivée.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation occurs between 15 and 365 days prior to arrival 100 % of the total booking amount is refundable. If cancellation occurs between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount is refundable.
If cancellation occurs between 6 and 0 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total booking amount is refundable.
These rules are applicable under all personal or general situation unless a legal regulation implies that the guest cannot occupy the villa or enter the country by any transport mean to arrive to the villa, in that case, we would give the 100% of the money back to the guest.

Virement bancairePayment by bank transfer is recommended for payments over 1.000 €. Please make the transfer during office hours (9am to 7pm) and send us the proof of payment as soon as you make the transfer so that we can confirm the booking and the dates are reserved for you. Our team will confirm receipt of your booking by email. Payments will be made to the following bank account: ES35-2100-7350-6402-0006-3709 indicating in the description the name of the villa and booking number.
StripeCard payment is recommended for payments up to €1,000. Payment by debit or credit card is made with the STRIPE application which has all the security measures for a secure transaction.
Conditions
The following rules of use of the villa are mandatory and therefore the guest assumes that failure to comply with them will result in the termination of the stay without the right to a refund of the amount paid:
PARTIES PROHIBITION: Parties or celebrations in the villa are strictly prohibited.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS: The maximum number of guests specified for the villa may not be exceeded at any time.3. NOISE AND MUSIC: In accordance with established municipal regulations, no music or other noise disturbing to neighbours is permitted, especially from 1pm to 9am.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
ANIMALS: Pets are NOT allowed unless expressly indicated in the description of the villa on the ALMARINA website and the corresponding extra fee has been paid.
CROCKERY: The guest must leave all crockery and cutlery clean before departure.
FURNITURE: Furniture cannot be moved from a room to other to fit each guest needs.
SWIMMING POOL: The use of the swimming pool must be done without sun cream, as it can seriously damage the chemical balance of the water and therefore damage your skin, hair or even affect the colours of your swimming costumes. For your safety we ask you to keep an eye on children who do not know how to swim, not to dive in head first or make potentially dangerous jumps and not to run on the edges of the pool as a slip can cause a fall that can ruin your stay.
TOWELS: We always review the towels after every visit. If there are any extreme damages done to the products that mean they can no longer be used, you will be charged 20€ for the large towels and 12€ for the small towels. Damages include: make-up/fake tan stains, other discolourations or material wear and tear.
