Is the bedlinen included?
Of course it is. The booking Price includes the bedlinen and towels: Yes, it does include cotton bed linen and good quality towels. It does not include the beach towels if it is explicitly stated in the villa description.
What is the check-in and checkout time?
The standard checkin time is from 4pm and the checkout time is until 11am. However, if you are interested in checking in before or checking out later please let us know in advance to check if it is possible.
Where do I have to go for the check-in?
I guess you do not like queueing to get the keys. With us the meeting point is your villa.
Does our villa have Aircon and heating?
Yes, all the villas we manage have air-conditioning and heating.
Can I smoke in the villa?
No, all our villas are not smoking. If you smoke please do it in the pool area but not inside the villa.
Can I take my pet with me?
Most of our villas allow pets. However, please check the villa description to be sure your villa does. It always has an affordable extra Price to make a special cleaning after your stay.
Can we invite friends to our villa?
You can invite them provided that you do not exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the villa.
Can we use the villa for weddings and similar celebrations?
No, our contract with the owners does not include celebrations.
