La Mar is a Dream house located in Benissa! A great holiday home for 10 persons, great host, great location. A beautiful holiday home with outdoor kitchen, pool, sea-view. A house that offers privacy, comfort and luxury. 10 spacious rooms, with real quality of matras and linnen. 3 beautiful bedrooms, 1 kitchen inside, 1 kitchen outside. Great garden with afternoon sun. In the area restaurants and bars not far away. A great super mercado with lots of european goods. Great communication with the host, every problem he try’s to solve, just a Whats-up away. And the best thing, a little door that brings you to the sea (Playa Fustera). Small beach, quiet, with bar, white sand. And beautiful walking pad! Small beach, quiet, with bar, white sand. Group of people in their 30s. They are relativelly young but very respectful with the villa and the neibourhood. We had to repair the fence door during their stay due to a heavy storm but they were patient and remained very possitive about the whole stay.

CUSTUMER REVIEW:	The villa is very well equipped and very clean. The stay was very pleasant, We enjoyed the swimming pool, family meals in the barbecue area and football and table football games. The Almarina service was very attentive.

The villa was stunning, tidy, clean and had some lovely views from the top floor, the pool was a really good size and depth for swimming or playing ball games ect. The decor and rooms were very modern including the bathrooms which were spacious. Álvaro was the perfect host and was very helpful with any questions or issues and responded fast. The location was lovely with a small beach right on the doorstep or a much larger one just 20 minutes walk away or 5 minutes in a taxi. There were some really nice restaurants and bars locally and a small shop for getting the essentials. Overall, me and my friends had a lovely time and were very happy with the villa and host! Would 100% recommend!

Fabulous accommodation, both in location being close to the beach for walking, close to restaurants and supermarket, and in its quality. The house is newly renovated, very clean and spacious, the photos reflect this. It is fully equipped for your stay. The pool is a marvel as well as the views. In the parking area you can park up to 6 cars neatly. We have been very comfortable and Alvaro recommended us very well about the activities and restaurants in the area.

Beautiful spacious villa in a good location!

Liked – Nice big villa, walking distance to the beach, very nice and small bay with nice hard sand. Great BBQ area and clean outdoor pool with very nice sun loungers. Well maintained and good facilities, kitchen has everything you need to cook for 8 people. Table tennis and table football for the children. Comfortable mattresses on the beds. Supermarkets nearby, Mercadona highly recommended. Every day we could have breakfast and lunch outside. Quiet neighbourhood despite the beach bar and a very friendly host who informed us in advance in writing of everything important.

Disliked – Location on the main road, so there was some traffic noise in the morning and from the rubbish truck emptying the bins across the street. The ground floor needs refurbishment (tiles). Bed needs some getting used to, but as usual in Spain.

Liked – location towards the beach of la frustera and to the surrounding coves very close just 200 meters you are on the beach.

Disliked – villa located close to other villas of neighbours, if you get neighbours who are a bit of a nuisance as happened to us on Saturday, they told us to lower the music in the early hours of the morning, if you are lucky with the neighbours there is no problem.

Adrian and his group left the villa in perfect condition. Nonetheless, the type of stay they wish does not fit well with us. So unless they were very friendly they are not recommended for future stays with our agency.

Liked – About the villa itself, only positive. Fine beds (although short, but that’s usually in Spain) nice outdoor area with barbecue and terrace with sun loungers. The lower and upper part of the villa is separate with private entrances. There was no problem for us, but maybe something to consider. The owner does his best to make sure you have a good stay. We had a problem with the barbecue and a few hours later it was solved. The beach is very close and only a few minutes walk away. The beach itself is coarse sand, in the water pebbles and rocks. There is a nice walking route that takes you to other coves.

Disliked – The villa is situated on the main road from Calpe to Moraira. In high season you can hear a lot of traffic coming through. Apart from the beach there is not much to do. Given the location you are close to the beach but also to a parador and there is a supermarket nearby and some restaurants around the corner. Still, we missed some entertainment. You have to take the car.

ALMARINA COMMENTS:

A very respectful Dutch family . We gave them a written document with activities to make during their stay, offered them our advice and additional services but they decided not to take advantage of our offering. It is a pity that they did not take the most of their stay as the area is fabulous and has a lot of activities to make some taking the car and others without. Recommended customer for future stay with a 5 % discount.
