ON THE UPPER FLOOR, THERE IS A SPACIOUS LIVING-DINING ROOM WITH LARGE WINDOWS WITH SEA VIEWS AND ACCESS TO A LARGE TERRACE IN FRONT OF THE SWIMMING POOL.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation occurs between 15 and 365 days prior to arrival 100 % of the total booking amount is refundable. If cancellation occurs between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount is refundable.
If cancellation occurs between 6 and 0 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total booking amount is refundable.
These rules are applicable under all personal or general situation unless a legal regulation implies that the guest cannot occupy the villa or enter the country by any transport mean to arrive to the villa, in that case, we would give the 100% of the money back to the guest.
Payment Methods
Bank transferPayments by bank transfer must be made at least 3 days before the agreed deadline to ensure we receive it on time. Our team will confirm receipt of the transfer by email. Payments should be made to the following bank account: ES35-2100-7350-6402-0006-3709 indicating in the description the name of the villa and booking number.
StripePayment by credit or debit card is made using STRIPE. This app and company assure all the measures for a secure transaction.
Rules
The following villa rules are absolutely mandatory. Not complying with them imply the stay termination with no right to give the guest any amount back:
Parties and celebrations are strictly forbidden.Our villas are put in the market to receive respectful families or groups not to make parties or cellebrations.
It is strictly forbidden to exceed the total number of occupants stated in the villa name of this document unless agreed in writing with ALMARINA. If you are going to have a visit exceeding the maximum number of people, you have to communicate with us for authorization.
It is forbidden to have loud music or voices between 0.30 am and 9 am to respect the neibourghood.
it is strictly forbidden to make commercial videos of any type in the villa offering products or getting an income directly or indirectly as a result.
This a no-smoking property.
Pets are not allowed unless especifically stated in the name of the villa of this document.
Suncreams in the pool: We strongly recommend to avoid swimming in the pool without previously taking out the solar cream. Some guests have reported damages in their bathing clothing or in their hair. It is not due to the pool chemicals but to the use of solar creams. It happens just if one of your group do not respect this rule so please make sure all your group respect it. Additionally, the solar creams affect very negatively the quality of the water and if you use it we have to add more chemicals to balance the PH of the water what could irritate your eyes and as well leave a yellow band on the surface of the pool tilying.
Furniture of the house cannot be moved from one room to other to fit each guest need.
All trash and perishables must be disposed and all croquery washed before departure.
We always review the towels after every visit. If there are any extreme damages done to the products that mean they can no longer be used, you will be charged 20€ for the large towels and 12€ for the small towels. Damages include: make-up/fake tan stains, other discolourations or material wear and tear.
