De villa is gelegen op een ruim, zonnig perceel van 1.350 m², met een woonoppervlakte van 270 m² verdeeld over twee verdiepingen.
Bij de ingang van het perceel bevindt zich een garage met ruimte voor twee auto's.
Een handige trap leidt naar de eerste verdieping, waar het woongedeelte zich bevindt, en de tweede verdieping, waar de vier slaapkamers zich bevinden.
Op de eerste verdieping, in het woongedeelte, met uitzicht op zee en Jávea, bevinden zich een ruime en lichte woonkamer met prachtig uitzicht, een eetkamer met een tafel voor 8 personen en een goed uitgeruste keuken.
Vanuit de woonkamer heeft u toegang tot het fantastische terras met uitzicht, voorzien van een uitstekende tafel voor 8 personen en meubilair om optimaal te kunnen ontspannen.
Hier kunt u ook genieten van de barbecue, die zich eveneens naast een grote olijfboom bevindt en een prachtig uitzicht biedt.
Het grote zwembad, met een lengte van 12 meter, biedt een spectaculair uitzicht op Jávea en de kustlijn. Er zijn 6 ligstoelen om volop van de zon te genieten zodra u het zwembad uitstapt, inclusief parasols en een overdekte pergola waar u kunt lezen en ontspannen met uw favoriete aperitief.
Naast het zwembad bevindt zich een grote, complete buitenbadkamer met een ligbad, ideaal om te delen, uw huid te reinigen en te ontspannen.
Terug in de villa leidt de elegante trap naar de bovenverdieping, waar zich de vier ruime slaapkamers bevinden, allemaal verbonden door elegante en ruime ruimtes van glas, beton en licht. De slaapkamers zijn voorzien van individuele airconditioning, plafondventilatoren en uitstekende inbouwkasten. De twee hoofdslaapkamers hebben kleedkamers, een eigen badkamer en een kantoor of zithoek.
Vanaf het terras op de bovenverdieping geniet u van een fantastisch uitzicht op zee.
Locatie:
Villa Atlas ligt op een bevoorrechte locatie, op slechts 4 minuten rijden (1,9 km) van Jávea en zijn indrukwekkende, lange strand vol restaurants en winkels.
Binnen 3-4 km kunt u diverse idyllische baaien verkennen, waaronder Granadella.

Payment Policies
Een gedeeltelijke betaling in het aantal van 50% van het totaal is uit bij boeking. Overgebleven betaling is uit niet later dan 14 dagen voor aankomst.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation occurs between 15 and 365 days prior to arrival 100 % of the total booking amount is refundable. If cancellation occurs between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount is refundable.
If cancellation occurs between 6 and 0 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total booking amount is refundable.
These rules are applicable under all personal or general situation unless a legal regulation implies that the guest cannot occupy the villa or enter the country by any transport mean to arrive to the villa, in that case, we would give the 100% of the money back to the guest.
Payment Methods
BankoverschrijvingPayment by bank transfer is recommended for payments over 1.000 €. Please make the transfer during office hours (9am to 7pm) and send us the proof of payment as soon as you make the transfer so that we can confirm the booking and the dates are reserved for you. Our team will confirm receipt of your booking by email. Payments will be made to the following bank account: ES35-2100-7350-6402-0006-3709 indicating in the description the name of the villa and booking number.
StripeCard payment is recommended for payments up to €1,000. Payment by debit or credit card is made with the STRIPE application which has all the security measures for a secure transaction.
Rules
The following rules of use of the villa are mandatory and therefore the guest assumes that failure to comply with them will result in the termination of the stay without the right to a refund of the amount paid:
PARTIES PROHIBITION: Parties or celebrations in the villa are strictly prohibited.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS: The maximum number of guests specified for the villa may not be exceeded at any time.
NOISE AND MUSIC: In accordance with established municipal regulations, no music or other noise disturbing to neighbours is permitted, especially from 11pm to 9am.
COMMERCIAL USE OF THE VILLA: It is strictly forbidden to use the villa for commercial purposes of any kind unless authorised in writing by the management of Almarina Villas and payment of an extra fee for such authorisation.
RECORDING REPORTS FOR SOCIAL NETWORKS: It is strictly forbidden to publish on any social networks if the villa is shown in detail in the same unless authorised in writing by the management of Almarina Villas.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
ANIMALS: Pets are NOT allowed unless expressly indicated in the description of the villa on the ALMARINA website and the corresponding extra fee has been paid.
FURNITURE: Furniture cannot be moved from a room to other to fit each guest needs.
SWIMMING POOL: The use of the swimming pool must be done without sun cream, as it can seriously damage the chemical balance of the water and therefore damage your skin, hair or even affect the colours of your swimming costumes. For your safety we ask you to keep an eye on children who do not know how to swim, not to dive in head first or make potentially dangerous jumps and not to run on the edges of the pool as a slip can cause a fall that can ruin your stay.
TOWELS: We always review the towels after every visit. If there are any extreme damages done to the products that mean they can no longer be used, you will be charged 20€ for the large towels and 12€ for the small towels. Damages include: make-up/fake tan stains, other discolourations or material wear and tear.
