Villa Atlas (Jávea) is a great, modern, 4-bedroom villa designed and conceived to enjoy the beautiful Mediterranean coast of the city of Jávea. It offers its guests elegance and style, space, light, and relaxation. Villa Atlas also enjoys views and a privileged location, just a 4-minute drive (1 km) from the spectacular Jávea beach and its charming lively atmosphere, full of restaurants and shops. Your pet is welcome at Villa Atlas (€50 extra charge). Not recommended for children under 10 years old.

- Elegant architecture and decor: The exterior is modern, with large, straight-lined windows and hydraulic awnings. The interior stands out for its elegant, yet warm, modern design, with large spaces and large windows that fill it with light.

- Integration of the entire living area: the large living-dining room and kitchen connect with the terrace and outdoor living areas to create a great sense of space and light, which is magnified by the beautiful views. This also makes it very comfortable and allows for maximum enjoyment of sunny days.

- Complete air conditioning: you'll enjoy year-round air conditioning with hot/cold controls in all rooms, and in winter, if your stay is longer than 7 days, you'll enjoy underfloor heating (for shorter stays, please inquire).

Layout:
The villa is located on a large, sunny plot of 1,350 m², with a living area of 270 m² spread over two floors.
At the entrance to the plot, there is a garage with space for two vehicles.
A convenient staircase leads to the first floor, where the living area is located, and the second floor, where the four bedrooms are located.

On the first floor, in the day living area, overlooking the sea and Jávea, there is a spacious and bright living room with beautiful views, a dining room with a table for 8 people, and a well-equipped kitchen.

From the living room, you can access the fantastic terrace with views, with an excellent table for 8 people and furniture to enjoy your best moments of relaxation.

Here you can also enjoy the barbecue, which is also located next to a large olive tree and offers beautiful views.

The large pool area, with its 12 meters in length, offers spectacular views of Jávea and its coastline. It has 6 sun loungers to fully enjoy the sun as you step out of the pool, including umbrellas and a covered pergola where you can read and relax with your favorite aperitif.

Next to the pool is a large full outdoor bathroom with a bathtub, ideal for sharing, purifying your skin and relaxing.

Back inside the villa, the elegant staircase leads to the upper floor, where we find the four spacious bedrooms, all connected by elegant and spacious spaces of glass, concrete, and light. The bedrooms have individual air conditioning, ceiling fans, and excellent built-in wardrobes. The two master bedrooms have dressing rooms, en-suite bathrooms, and an office or sitting area.

From the upper floor terrace, you can enjoy incredible sea views.

Location:
Villa Atlas enjoys a privileged location, just a 4-minute drive (1.9 km) from Jávea and its impressive, long beach, full of restaurants and shops.

Within 3-4 km, you can explore several idyllic coves, including Granadella.

Policies

Payment Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation occurs between 15 and 365 days prior to arrival 100 % of the total booking amount is refundable. If cancellation occurs between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount is refundable.
If cancellation occurs between 6 and 0 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total booking amount is refundable.

These rules are applicable under all personal or general situation unless a legal regulation implies that the guest cannot occupy the villa or enter the country by any transport mean to arrive to the villa, in that case, we would give the 100% of the money back to the guest.

Payment Methods

Bank transferPayment by bank transfer is recommended for payments over 1.000 €. Please make the transfer during office hours (9am to 7pm) and send us the proof of payment as soon as you make the transfer so that we can confirm the booking and the dates are reserved for you. Our team will confirm receipt of your booking by email. Payments will be made to the following bank account: ES35-2100-7350-6402-0006-3709 indicating in the description the name of the villa and booking number.

StripeCard payment is recommended for payments up to €1,000. Payment by debit or credit card is made with the STRIPE application which has all the security measures for a secure transaction.

Rules

The following rules of use of the villa are mandatory and therefore the guest assumes that failure to comply with them will result in the termination of the stay without the right to a refund of the amount paid:
PARTIES PROHIBITION: Parties or celebrations in the villa are strictly prohibited.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS: The maximum number of guests specified for the villa may not be exceeded at any time.
NOISE AND MUSIC: In accordance with established municipal regulations, no music or other noise disturbing to neighbours is permitted, especially from 11pm to 9am.
COMMERCIAL USE OF THE VILLA: It is strictly forbidden to use the villa for commercial purposes of any kind unless authorised in writing by the management of Almarina Villas and payment of an extra fee for such authorisation.
RECORDING REPORTS FOR SOCIAL NETWORKS: It is strictly forbidden to publish on any social networks if the villa is shown in detail in the same unless authorised in writing by the management of Almarina Villas.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
ANIMALS: Pets are NOT allowed unless expressly indicated in the description of the villa on the ALMARINA website and the corresponding extra fee has been paid.
FURNITURE: Furniture cannot be moved from a room to other to fit each guest needs.
SWIMMING POOL: The use of the swimming pool must be done without sun cream, as it can seriously damage the chemical balance of the water and therefore damage your skin, hair or even affect the colours of your swimming costumes. For your safety we ask you to keep an eye on children who do not know how to swim, not to dive in head first or make potentially dangerous jumps and not to run on the edges of the pool as a slip can cause a fall that can ruin your stay.
TOWELS: We always review the towels after every visit. If there are any extreme damages done to the products that mean they can no longer be used, you will be charged 20€ for the large towels and 12€ for the small towels. Damages include: make-up/fake tan stains, other discolourations or material wear and tear.
